• Assist in ensuring smooth operation of the restaurant, including opening and closing procedures, taking orders, setting tables, and cleaning the restaurant

Job Requirements:

• 1-3 years of relevant experience preferably in Fine Dining
• Prior experience working in a preopening team would be advantageous

· Provides a professional level of executive support to Management staff to ensure that work functions operate as seamlessly as possible

· Handles incoming and outgoing correspondence effectively

· Drafts and prepares written correspondence effectively

· Follows through on all outstanding matters ensuring that open issues are effectively resolved

· Ensures that all invoices, etc have the necessary approvals before following through on payments

· Assist and administer HR Matters and documents

· Performs duties in a highly confidential and ethical manner

Job Responsibilities:

• Understand customer demands, challenges, and objectives through assessments, information gathering and Customers, technology/industrial engagements
• Collaboration with sales & business development, product & engineering stakeholders including analyse and selection of appropriate hardware, software, and services to create the winning solution offering to customer and markets
• Developing detailed proposals, presentations, and technical documentation that outline the proposed solutions, including features, benefits, and pricing. Presenting these proposals to customers in a clear and compelling manner

Job Requirements:

• Degree in Electrical/Electronics/Communications Engineering

· Responsible for production of shop drawings and detailed construction issues;

· In charge of all drawing development required by the project;

· Prepares detailed as-built/shop drawings for submission and interior fit-out works/construction;

· Prepares drawings accurately from oral instructions, rough sketches and notes, calculations, dimensions for construction or building works;

· Maintains, updates and makes amendments to drawings as needed;

· Performs site checking to ensure proper dimension, connection and detail for fabrication;

· Analyses and interprets changes to drawings;

· Ensures the drawings comply with specifications and company standards;

· Understands the project scope and requirements in the preparation of detailed shop drawings ensuring that the drawings are easily understood by the project teams;

· Ensures the proper indexing, filing and storage of drawings in both hardcopy and electronic media;
