Job Description:
· Collaborate with stakeholders of YEA & LCO Business marketers, LCO sales & sales coordinators, BPO Agent and Yokogawa prospects to implement lead development activities in YEA region effectively
· Train and mentor BPO Agents or In-House resources remotely located including motivating and challenging the team to produce excellent results
· Develop and implement inside sales marketing processes for smooth handling of qualified leads and work closely with stakeholders to improve the processes continuously
· Identify bottlenecks in qualifying marketing leads and work with stakeholders to resolve
· Facilitate monthly review meeting for inside sales performance to discuss issues and trigger necessary follow-up actions with relevant stakeholders
· Co-ordinate with Inside Sales team to identify, nurture and qualify leads to help to build sales pipeline
· Follow through with sales team to track leads progress using CRM software and ensuring timely follow-up on leads
· Assess and optimize Inside Sales workload and priorities with multiple marketing campaigns
· Address and qualify leads with complex enquiries via email or voice before assigning to sales
· Be the trainer and first level support for internal tools such as Salesforce.com for managing marketing processes, procedures and reporting
· Analyze CRM, leads and opportunities to identify new marketing opportunities
· Track and analyze sales and marketing metrics, such as conversion rates and ROI
Job Requirements:
· Degree/Diploma in Marketing/Mass Communication
· Minimum 3 to 5 years product marketing experience preferably with exposure to Yokogawa products
· Excellent communication and persuasive skills with the ability to engage customers and key regional stake holders (LCO Sales) in Southeast Asia region
· Experience in Co-ordinating with remotely located team or exposure to culture of BPO Agents in Philippines or other low cost countries in South East Asia
· Exposure with leads management and analysis in Salesforce or similar CRM
· Excellent verbal and written English skills. Knowledge of one of the South East Asian language will be an added advantage
