Jal Yoga International is a well established Yoga studio that has 6 studios around Singapore offering Yoga, Pilates and Barre classes an expanded to Malaysia, Indonesia, Dubai and Philippines. We are seeking a personable and detail-oriented Front Desk Associate to join our team. As a key member of our Customer Care Team, you will be the first point of contact for our clients.

Key Responsibilities:
Greet clients with warmth and professionalism upon arrival
Answer phone calls, emails, and walk-in inquiries regarding class schedules, pricing, membership packages, and general studio information
Assist members with class sign-ups, check-ins, and cancellations using the Mindbody system.
Ensure all classes are running smoothly by monitoring attendance and resolving any booking conflicts
Assist Teachers with their Personal Training bookings and assigning rooms to avoid any clashes

Administratives & Membership Retention:
Sending Personalised Welcome Message after ensuring the Profile Completeness is done
Introduce yourself, share important policies: booking, waitlist, suspension, transfer, late cancellation and no show etc
Engage and build rapport to gather early feedback and provide supportOffer Jal Care kit for medical suspension
Track and prepare Birthday Cards
Maintain existing trackers using Google Sheets
Keep track of supplies and notify the manager when inventory levels are low

Requirements:

• O Levels or Poly Diploma on any field
• Previous experience in a customer service or receptionist role (experience in a wellness or fitness environment is a plus).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• A passion for helping others and a commitment to providing outstanding customer service

About Jal

Since 2017, we have grown to 6 studios in Singapore, 3 in Malaysia, 1 in Indonesia and Dubai as well as built a diverse community of over 2,000 practitioners. We continue to grow and expanding to Philipines and looking for an experienced Sales Executive to be part of the Sales team. You will be responsible for the sales and business acquisition of the respective studio. He/she has to attend to walk-in inquiries, follow up on the leads that are generated by digital marketing and other channels.

The responsibilities can be divided into 3 parts:

- Conversion to Trials where the Studio Manager will attend to leads, address their questions about the classes and book an appropriate trial class for them after understanding his/her needs/goals.

- Attending to Trials: when the prospect comes for a trial class, he/she will have a positive experience and explain the various packages and try to close the sales.

- Post-sales services: The Studio Manager must also follow up with the members after closing to ensure that he/she attends the classes regularly, attend to feedback and provide continuous customer services. This will ensure the likelihood of the members to renew the package later or also create opportunities to recommend other workshops or personal training that meets the needs of the members.

The Studio Manager also has to maintain the studio in good condition with the support of the cleaning team and Customer Care Exec. The Studio Manager also will be required to cover the Front Desk whenever there is no CCE at a last minute.

The person should treat the studio as his/her own business and possess the following skills:

Entrepreneurial, excellent interpersonal skills, a communicative, genuine sense of helpfulness, enjoy meeting different people, and fulfilling their needs.

Those from the Fitness field will be an advantage.

6 days job Annual leave + Medical + staff benefit to all our Yoga classes.

You will also be given commission on top of the basic salary monthly.
