*Main duties:*

Client Relationship Professionals are important members of today’s modern veterinary team. They work alongside veterinary surgeons and veterinary nurses to create and maintain optimal client experience and good service, upholding the team ensuring client's expectations are met, and the wellbeing of the patients is paramount.

Here are some of the key duties for this role:

· Greet and welcome patients and clients as soon as they arrive at the clinic

· Attend to incoming enquiries and triage on patient's medical conditions on phone, Whatapp and email

· Provide basic and accurate information in-person and via phone, Whatsapp and email

· Manage and plan appointments according to client and patient's best interest

· Liaise between medical departments with discretion and professionalism

· Assist with admissions/treatment as per protocols

· Receiving and verifying payments

· Liaising with courier services and laboratories to ensure that samples are delivered and collected on time

*Requirements:*

· Diploma and Degree holders are welcome

· Minimal 3 years of customer relations, customer service or hospitality experience

· Animal lover

· Good communication skills, fluent in spoken & written English

· Knowledge in animal health care or relevant working experience is an advantage. Training will be provided.

· Responsible, good interpersonal skills and able to work under pressure

1.Prepared material and quantity takeoff of structural, architectural, and external work quantities.

2.Prepared costs control and budget allocation, monthly progress claims, and variations/change orders, Comparative Analysis.

3.Prepared bill of quantities for tender purposes; tender preparation and unit cost build-up.

4.Prepared variation order documents and analysis, final payments, and final accounts settlement with sub-contractor.

Job Summary

As a Legal & Secretariat Support member, you will play a vital role in providing assistance with various legal and secretarial tasks. Your responsibilities include preparing joint venture and franchise agreements, supporting the Company Secretary for CEG-wide companies, managing trademark registrations, and obtaining essential business licenses.

Key Responsibilities

• Legal Documentation: Assist in the preparation of joint venture and franchise agreements, ensuring accuracy and compliance with legal requirements.
• Company Secretarial Support: Provide valuable support to the Company Secretary for CEG-wide companies, assisting with administrative and secretarial duties.
• Trademark Management: Aid in the registration, tracking, and monitoring of trademarks, safeguarding our intellectual property assets.
• Business Licenses: Collaborate on the process of obtaining necessary business licenses, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.

Requirements

• Minimum Diploma qualification with a minimum of 2 years' relevant experience.
• Pleasant demeanor and a proactive, meticulous, and well-organized approach to tasks.
• Proficiency in MS Office applications, with excellent PC literacy.
• Bilingual proficiency in English and Mandarin (written and spoken), enabling effective communication with Chinese-speaking clients regarding their queries and concerns.

Duties and Responsibilities:

· Preparation of measurement sheets and detailed quantity take-off based on drawings and documents for tender and on-going projects.

· Prepare request for quotation packages to be sent to Suppliers and Subcontractors.

· Evaluate and formulate bill of quantities for direct and indirect costs.

· Sourcing suppliers and subcontractors for tender and on-going projects.

· Construct and assess comparison sheets for quotations from Suppliers and Subcontractors.

· Procurement of materials as per issued fabrication or shop drawings.

· Preparation and submission of variation order quotation.

· Submission of progression claims to client and follow up for payment response.

· Preparation, checking and monitoring project budget.

· Evaluation and verification of supplier and subcontractor claims.

Requirements

Experience in Pre & Post tender

At least 5 Years of working experience in the related field is required for this position

Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in Engineering (Civil) or equivalent.

Experience in structural steel and miscellaneous metals

Strong analytical, written, and verbal skills.

Strong computer skills, including AutoCad, MS Office

Ability to multi-task in a fast paced and dynamic environment

Highly motivated, self-driven with initiatives to work independently
