Job Description
1) Responsible to ensure that Customer Experience is consistent with
the Josiah Brand promise.
2) The job scope includes front deskduties, back room paper work
(inclusive of related financial accounting) and educational support.
3) Cordinate and work together with the CEA Administration Manager
to ensure smooth the day to day operations of the Centre.
4) Able to communicate effectively orally and in writing to the clients,
children and fellow colleagues.

supervision:
* Conduct daily health screening for children and ensure parents and
children feel welcome in the morning at arrival and evening at
departure.
* Provide accounting support
* Managing and tracking stock inventories
* Sorting of incoming and outgoing mails
* Upkeep proper filing and documents
* Cordinate all communication within the Centres
* Assist in answering of telephone calls and enquiries, attend to
visitors and walk in customers
* Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the Customer Experience
Ambassador Manager
* Additional responsibilities unique to the individual centres that may
develop to ensure seamless customer experience and smooth
operation.
