Roles & Responsibilities:

• Perform land surveying/ measurements using a variety of specialist technical equipment
• Analyze data using plans, maps, charts and computer applications
• Conversant in local code and authority requirements, ensuring project compliance to the requirements.
• Verify the accuracy of survey data and drawings.
• Provide survey reports and liaise with local authorities.
• Maintain and store accurate notes, records and drawing files.
• Control and planning daily fieldwork and operation.
• Able to tender and understand commercial project.
• Carry out project management, planning, financial management of project, contract administration, ensure key deadlines are met and team work together effectively
• Able to perform analysis and guide land surveyors to analyze and provide technical advice and solutions when working with stakeholders
• Liaise with multiple stakeholders for civil & structure, architectural, mechanical and electrical works
• Ensure the smooth completion of the project within schedule and budget
• Perform any other duties as assigned

Requirements:

• Minimum degree in Civil Engineer/ Geo-Spatial Information Technology/ Land Surveying or equivalent
• Minimum 10 years in the construction industry
• Familiar with survey scanner, drone imaging survey and data processing
• Good communication and writing skills, self -motivated and able to lead the team of land surveyors
• Able to coordinate well with clients, authorities, consultants and sub-contractors
• Only Singaporean

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

· Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) to accurately prepare, dispense pharmaceutical raw materials and ingredients in the correct quantities.

· Record and document manufacturing data, including dispensing data, logbook, cleaning record and other relevant information.

· Perform daily cleaning of the dispensing room, including surfaces, equipment, and storage areas, following established cleaning procedures SOP and protocols. Ensure that all workspaces are kept clean and organized to maintain a ISO clean room class 8 environment for pharmaceutical processes.

· Monitor and maintain dispensing device performance to ensure proper functioning and calibration.

· Adhere to safety protocols and procedures to protect yourself and others in the dispensing environment.

· Work collaboratively with other team members to ensure smooth and efficient operations.

· Report any issues, deviations, or incidents to supervisors or relevant personnel for prompt resolution.

· Participate in training programs and Adhere to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) guidelines and regulations related to cleaning and dispensing in pharmaceutical manufacturing.

·To carry out any other duties assigned by your immediate superior.

Our client is an IT company providing tailored services to meet their client’s needs, including helpdesk and office support. They are seeking a temporary/contract HR & Admin Assistant (3 months) to support backend operations.

【 Responsibilities 】

• Handle administrative and human resource management responsibilities within the company.
• Oversee staff management and participate in management meetings and decision-making processes.
• Source for contractors, vendors, and suppliers for administrative purposes.
• Prepare payroll and manage related processes, including CPF, IRAS filings, and Foreign Worker Levy.
• Manage recruitment and selection activities, such as posting job advertisements, conducting interviews, candidate screening, and preparing employment contracts.
• Oversee foreign employee MOM pass applications and document verification.
• Contribute to training and development planning, including the company's FY budget review.
• Act as a credit controller.
• Handle IT and infrastructure maintenance (administrative).
• Perform ad-hoc duties as assigned by the Managing Director.

【 Requirements 】

• Diploma in Human Resource Management (HRM), Business Administration, or a related field.
• At least 2 years of experience in a similar role.
• Familiarity with local labor legislation, including the Employment Act.
• Experience in accounting is a plus.
• Proactive work attitude with strong interpersonal and communication skills across all levels of staff.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively as a team player.
• Available to start on short notice or immediately.
