Our client is seeking for a motivated and technically skilled Junior Service Engineer to join their team. Candidates with relevant qualifications but no experience can apply. In this role, you will support senior engineers and handle service orders from their Service & Commissioning Manager and Coordinator. Job scope:

• Assistant Senior/Service & Commissioning Engineer on-site

Responsibilities

• Ensure matching procedure is in place for payments processing purposes
• Resolve all invoices discrepancies and respond to enquiries on payment status

Job responsibilities:

• Ensuring year end balances are rolled over correctly into new IFS system
• Handling the Accounts payable flow, which includes resolving issues, uploading invoices, coding,generating posting proposals,running payments, and managing daily bank files and tax codes.
• Managing journal entries for transactions not covered in the IFS modules (e.g.payroll, external file uploads, prepayment amortization) .
• Working with the fixed asset module to handle asset acqusition, importing fixed asset objects, running depreciation and ensuring depreciation is accurate.
• Performing reconciliations such as GRNI (Goods received not invoiced), mixed payment postings and bank reconciliations.
• Generating and creating reports required for period closing, including GST/VAT reports,trial balance, GL listings and AP/AR reports.

• At least 5 years of relevant experience
