• Must have adequate driving experience.
• Basic computer knowledge.

• Prepare monthly financial information and management decks for reporting to internal and external stakeholders.
• Provide financial insights, analyzing business performance to assist management in meeting financial targets.
• Ensure the timely completion of forecasting and budgeting processes on a quarterly and annual basis.
• Own and administer the management reporting system.
• Drive improvement to strengthen robustness and precision of the reporting process.
• Perform ad-hoc analysis to support business decision making
• Any ad-hoc duties as assigned

Job Description:

• Make follow-up calls to clients.
• Assist clients in finalizing their applications via the bank's system.
• Collaborate with clients and the processing team to gather outstanding documentation.
• Generate and submit daily reports to the management team.
• Handle and resolve client objections efficiently.
• Partner with relevant departments to address and resolve client issues and concerns.
