• A University degree.

Job Purpose

The candidates will focus on product quality testing including but not limited to sample preparation, machine operation, trials and tests on Thermoplastic Polyurethane (TPU) in accordance with stipulated guidance. MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:

The Field Service Engineer is responsible for providing technical field assistance in promoting spare part sales, maintenance, operation, equipment installation supervision and startup and/or shutdowns for all CPM processes. The Field Service Technician must have strong business and communications skills to establish and maintain strong relationships with the customer. The Markets Control Testing Utility is responsible for assessing the adequacy of Controls, Monitoring and Testing Tools that are designed and executed by the Markets business teams.

This position will report to the Markets Control Assessment & Testing Head within the COO’s Controls Testing Utility on an interim basis and will report to the Markets Controls Assessment Lead once this C14 role has been appointed. It is an execution-oriented position that is responsible for operational controls performance assessment and assurance for Markets controls as well as monitoring and testing tools.
