• Prepare and follow up on quotations and proposals.
• Work with External Sales to ensure correct pricing, delivery timelines, and terms arrangement with customers.
• Verify customer Purchase Orders, convert quotations into sales orders, and process orders using the SAP system.
• Collaborate with the supply chain and operations teams to ensure timely delivery of products and services.
• Monitor and update customers on order status and delivery schedules.

Cross-Department Coordination

• Work with Sales teams, Service, Finance and Supply Chain departments to gather necessary input for quotations.

Basic Technical Support and Problem-Solving

• Understand and interpret technical requirements for products, projects and services.
• Liaise with Application Consultant teams to provide accurate solutions to customer enquiries and challenges.

Customer Service and Problem Resolution

• Deliver exceptional customer service, build strong relationships, resolve problems, and address complaints effectively.

Additional Responsibilities

• Perform any other tasks required by the Company to support its business strategy.

Requirements

· Diploma or Degree in any Engineering related discipline or equivalent

· Minimum 2 years’ experience as Inside Sales or Project Proposal

· Experience in Instrumentation and Automation/Control Engineering environments would be an advantage

· Relevant Technical knowledge (Would be an advantage)

· Enthusiastic, dynamic, and customer-oriented personality

· Systematic and meticulous

· Strong ability to work effectively within a team environment.

· Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and prioritize effectively.

· Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

Review electrical engineering drawings and refer issues requiring changes.

Assign job tasks and work as per electrical project schedules.

Review all electrical drawings with Leadmen performing on assigned jobs to them.

Stimulate fabrication standards to ensure quality work attained from assigned staff.

Recruit, guide, train, monitor and terminate assigned employees as required.

Recommend effective solutions specified particular weight related to employment status of employees.

Schedule, assign, plan and supervise electrical shop personnel performance on different electrical projects.

Plan and prepare work and equipment usage schedule

Candidate must possess at least Polytechnic Diploma, Bachelor's Degree/Post Graduate Diploma in Structural Engineering or equivalent.

At least 3 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.

Specialized in Engineering / Design - Structural or equivalent.

Preparation of detailed drawings, shop drawings and as-built drawings

Prepare reports as per drawings.

Project Coordination

Other adhoc duties as and when directed.

Responsibilities:

• Attends and records the daily quality assurance related inspections for mechanical and HVAC installations
• Coordinates with other production departments, clients, and surveyors for Inspection & testing requirements
• Assigns the systems to be tested to the various supervisors and technicians involved in the operation
• Ensures that the Quality work processes to enhance efficiency and productivity
• Reports on non-conformance and issue Improvement notes, where necessary
• Ensures timely completion of project
• Ensures that all standard operating procedures comply with specifications, quality standards, statutory and regulatory requirements
• Any other assigned duties and responsibilities

Requirements:

• Degree in Marine and Offshore / Mechanical Engineering
• Minimum 5-10 years’ experience with 3 years in marine construction and installations
• Must have ASME PCC-1
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills
• Able to multi-task and able to work in a fast-paced environment
