• Procure all subcontracting work within budget and in accordance to comply financial guideline
• Monitor subcontracting cost and ensure within allocated budget
• Subcontract close out / settlement of contractual disputes related to subcontracts, final accounting, completion certificate, etc.
• Participate in monthly cost review, if required. Manage warranty/ defect claims if any.
• Participate in Project meetings, interface with cost control, procurement and others.

Requirements:

• Degree / Diploma in any Engineering disciplines or Quantity Surveying
• 5 to 10 years of experiences in contract / claim administration
• Familiar with offshore platforms, modules, FPSOs, jackets, etc. and onshore petrochemical plants, renewable energy era will be an added advantage
• Good team player and able to work independently with minimal supervision
• Willing to commit overtime as and when required

Responsibilities:

• Provide customer service by safely and efficiently transporting the goods from batching plant to customer’s site
• Unloading the goods at the designated job sites within time frame
• To maintain and keep assigned trucks clean at all times
• To ensure that the mixer drums are free of hardened concrete at all times
• To carry out visual checks on concrete slumps and follow procedures for the same
• To carry out truck maintenance according to the truck maintenance checklist at the planned interval
• To deliver Do's to the customer upon delivery of goods and ensure that Do's are signed and returned to the plant
• To carry out any other tasks as per instructed

Requirements:

• High school, diploma or GED.
• Proven driving experience in the Logistics Department as a Truck Driver or a similar role.
• Verified Commercial Driver License (CDL) will be preferred.
• Professional CDL training will be preferred.
• Must pass the drug and alcohol test.
• A clean driving record will be preferred.
• Strong working knowledge of using the GPS and ability to plan routes accordingly.
• Solid understanding of truck driving rules and regulations.

The Software Architect leads and builds data modernization and transformation solutions.

The Software Architect will also work with technical leads, database administrators, and database developers to provide recommendations and solutions for like-for-like data migrations at scale, Extract/Transform/Load activities for multiple data and database technologies, such as Oracle to PostgreSQL, Oracle to SQL Server as a Service, relational to NoSQL, Data Warehouse to Data Lake solutions, Indexed file systems to database management systems, and data transformation of business rules between COTS systems.

Mandatory Skills:
