Job Description & Requirements
· Perform meat-cutting functions including trimming, slicing, and cutting raw and cooked meat according to customer requirements and performing all meat-associated responsibilities as directed
· Assist in all preparation as instructed and ensure wastage is minimized
· Weigh all meat items by specified procedures outlined by standard practice
· To maintain overall kitchen hygiene, equipment, and tools cleanliness
· Work closely with the service team to provide great customer service to guests
· Providing delivery services.
· Delivery of goods to outlets, commercial, residential, and industrial areas (Clustered).
· Pick and Pack of goods onto pallets.
· Loading and unloading.
· Adhoc· Other duties as assigned.
Job Responsibilities (Meat Cutter):
· Ensure safe handling of goods.
· Observe Safe Work Procedures while delivering goods to Customers.
· Familiar with Singapore roads is an added advantage.
· Ensure the Vehicle is taken care of in terms of cleanliness, Maintenance, and condition.
Job Requirements (Meat Cutter):
· Physically fit / Manual handling of heavy items.
· Able to learn and handle pallet-Jacks (Training will be provided)
