The Hwei-Ee Tan lab studies the fundamental biological basis of “gut-feelings”, how bacteria in the gut signals to the host to influence physiology and behaviour. Using mice as a mammalian model, the lab investigates how diet and microbiome factors modulates host phenotypes (e.g. food reward, anxiety behaviours, etc). Besides supporting curiosity-driven basic research on the gut-brain axis, his lab is also studying the brain-gut axis, to uncover host-microbe interactions. His lab’s work is multidisciplinary, the research scope covers diverse skills from molecular biology to systems neuroscience, physiology and behaviour. Responsibilities:

• Lead and actively participate in requirement gathering, FSD/TSD walkthrough sessions, and documentation for Oracle Fusion Cloud implementations.

• Design and deliver end-to-end solutions, including component delivery, documentation, defect management, and working on POCs.

• Develop integrations and solutions across various modules, including Inventory, Sales Order, Procurement, and Finance using Oracle Fusion Cloud, OIC, and BIP.

• Implement large-scale data conversions from legacy systems to Oracle Fusion Cloud, including FBDI-based Cloud Conversions and HCM Data Loader integrations.

• Design and develop custom VBCS pages for various functionalities, including inventory views, pick order management, and online order cancellations.

• Manage and implement Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) integrations with Oracle Cloud applications, including Object Storage, ATP databases, and OCI Streams.

• Mentor junior team members and provide training on OIC, BIP, and Oracle VBCS platforms.

• Develop reports (BIP, ESS Jobs) and perform data analysis and troubleshooting to ensure system integrity and performance.

Required Skills:

• 4+ years of hands-on experience in Oracle Fusion Cloud, Oracle PaaS, and Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC).

• Strong expertise in SQL, PL/SQL, Fusion BIP Reports (RTF, Etext), and data conversions (FBDI, HCM Data Loader).

• Proficient in Oracle Cloud Integrations (OIC), OCI Object Storage, ATP Database, OCI Streaming.

• Solid understanding of REST APIs, SOAP Web Services, XML, JSON, XPath, XSLT.

• Hands-on experience with Oracle VBCS and PCS for developing custom applications.

Responsibilities:

• Configure and customize data models, including creating custom dimensions, hierarchies, and mapping business requirements to the model.

• Develop and design input and output forms for web forms to generate financial reports.

• Implement and configure Planning Workflows to enable users to control the budgeting process effectively.

· Handling incoming call, email & WhatsApp messages related to PO and delivery.

· Work closely with Sales person to monitor Customer's sales (be alert if no order from customer or sudden surge in orders).

Daily order processing

· Check customer order, make sure quantity order by customer is in full load / in full pallet and check the stocks availability as well

· Check PO price vs quotation. Check with sales team if price not tally with quotation

· Prepare DO for delivery and Self-Collection (when required)

· Email to Sales team for order exceeded credit limit or credit term, Sales Team to advise payment status and get approval from Finance.

· Check and email forms to respective personnels for approval.

Managing and overseeing the fabrication operation

1. Ensure on time project delivery

Organise and transfer fabricated products to projects operation department for site installation

Manage a team with good technical knowledge & innovation in fabrication design

1. Build and train a competent technical team
