I) Job Purpose:
The Senior Manager in the food manufacturing industry is responsible for overseeing and coordinating business activities to ensure efficient operations, profitability, and adherence to industry standards.
II) Roles & Responsibilities:
· Operations Management: Oversee production, inventory, supply chain, and logistics to ensure smooth, efficient manufacturing processes.
· Strategic Planning: Develop and implement business strategies to drive growth, reduce costs, and improve product quality.
· Budgeting and Financial Oversight: Manage budgets, forecast financials, and monitor expenses to ensure targets are met and profit margins are optimized.
· Quality Assurance: Ensure that products meet quality standards and comply with regulatory requirements.
· Team Leadership: Lead, train, and manage cross-functional teams to maintain high performance and productivity.
· Customer and Supplier Relations: Build and maintain relationships with clients, suppliers, and vendors to optimize production inputs and sales channels.
· Market Analysis: Conduct market research to understand trends, competitor actions, and customer needs, adapting strategies as needed.
· Continuous Improvement: Identify areas for improvement in processes and implement strategies to enhance operational efficiency.

IV) Qualifications and Skills:
· Diploma, University and/or equivalent experience plus a relevant professional qualification.
· Experience working with inventory management software and forecasting strategies.
· Proficiency in inventory management software and Microsoft Office Suite (particularly Excel).
· Good analytical and logistical thinking abilities.
· Possess high energy and self-motivated.
· Good verbal and written communication, and organizational abilities.
· Able to work in a cold-room environment.
· Forklift experience would be an advantage.
· Capability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
V) Experience:
At least 10 years of working experience in a related field.

Salary Range: $5,000 to $9,000 (Salary commensurate according to experiences)
