Key Responsibilities

• · *Maintenance and Repair*: Perform routine maintenance, repairs, and troubleshooting on oil and gas equipment (Exchanger, Pump, Vessel, etc…)
• · *Technical Support*: Provide technical assistance and guidance to operations personnel, contractors, and other stakeholders.
• · *Inspections and Testing*: Conduct regular inspections and testing to ensure equipment is functioning correctly and safely.
• · *Documentation and Reporting*: Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, inspections, and repairs, and provide detailed reports to management.
• · *Safety and Compliance*: Ensure all work is performed in accordance with industry regulations, company policies, and safety procedures.
• · *Troubleshooting and Problem-Solving*: Identify and resolve equipment issues, using analytical and problem-solving skills.
• · *Collaboration and Communication*: Work closely with operations, maintenance, and other teams to ensure effective communication and coordination.
• · *Continuous Improvement*: Identify opportunities for improvement and implement changes to optimize maintenance processes and equipment performance.

Roles & Responsibilities

Plan, lead and supervise upgrading works, addition and alteration works

Lead a team of supervisors and workers and oversight of manpower for project execution

Ensure designs / drawings meet relevant code and compliance requirements, and good engineering practices

To attend site matters / discussions to resolve technical / site issues and progress matters

Continuing to improve all installation works schedule and quality of work through proper planning of work method, materials procurement and selection, and efficient site management

Monitor and control project schedule, materials delivery and budget etc

Liaise coordinate with clients, consultant, project supervisors and sub-contractors on project related issues and to ensure project objectives are met

To supervise and ensure works are in accordance to the contract drawings and specifications

Establish and maintain a detailed tracking and filing system of all documents

To prepare, submit Variation Claims with instruction documents & part-plan from client

Maintain all filing systematically & uploading of softcopies in the system

To place materials order to Purchaser in advance as per Order list as per site requirement

Responsible for ensuring implementing safety measures

Job Description & Requirements

- Administer project planning and project execution
- To study drawings, specifications and contracts to understand project requirements
- Willing to learn and hands-on
- Liaise with client, consultants & main / sub-contractors and coordinate for site activities arrangement
- Perform site inspection and ensure all project activities are performed productively and are in accordance to specification and schedule, in the most efficient and cost effective manner
- Assist in cost control and estimating activities;
- Planning and deployment of resources such as manpower, machinery, equipment and material
- Preparation of report, Method Statements and technical submissions
- Ensure the project complies with regulations and clients’ specifications
- Adhere to safety and health regulations and aim for zero accident in the workplace
- Ensure safety and housekeeping is to maintained to the highest standard
- Prepare job completion record and progress claims
- Continually seek improvements in the work systems
- Ensure all company reports and documentation are completed accurately and on time;
- To perform Ad-Hoc duties as per assigned

Minimum 3 year of experience in constructions or civil engineering

Ability to apply logical and critical thinking skills to projects.

Superb project management skills.

Sound knowledge of Engineering, construction, and design.
