We are seeking an innovative and highly skilled Senior Web Developer with expertise in both frontend and backend development and a strong understanding of UI (User Interface) and UX (User Experience) principles for its Marketing Consultancy Division. As part of the marketing agency division, you will lead the design, development, and optimization of cutting-edge websites, landing pages, and digital tools to support client campaigns and business goals.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Frontend Development
· Conduct research to gather user requirements and define clear use cases to design and implement responsive, high-performance, and visually stunning user interfaces using modern frameworks (e.g., React, Vue.js, Angular).
· Convert wireframes, mockups, and user flows into pixel-perfect, functional web pages.
· Optimize front-end components for performance, scalability, and cross-browser compatibility.
2. Backend Development
· Develop robust, secure, and scalable server-side applications using technologies such as Node.js, Python (Django/ Flask), or PHP.
· Build and integrate APIs to support dynamic, data-driven web experiences.
· Manage and optimize databases (SQL and NoSQL) to support backend services.
· Implement backend solutions that align with the clients’ goals, such as automation for lead generation or campaign analytics.
3. UI/UX Collaboration
· Collaborate with designers, marketing strategists, and content creators to align technical solutions with user needs and clients’ goals.
· Integrate usability testing and user feedback into the development process to enhance user experience.
· Ensure all web applications adhere to responsive design principles and accessibility standards (e.g., WCAG)
4. Marketing-Specific Development
· Develop and manage custom landing pages, microsites, and web tools to support marketing campaigns.
· Create solutions that enhance user engagement, such as interactive forms, chatbots, and dynamic content modules.
· Optimize web applications for SEO and marketing analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, HubSpot, etc.).
5. Website Maintenance
· Handle updates, patches, and backups, etc.
6. Technical Leadership
· Mentor junior developers and provide technical leadership within the team.
· Conduct code reviews to ensure best practices and maintain code quality.
· Stay up to date with emerging technologies and propose innovative solutions tailored to clients’ and agency’s needs.
Requirements:
1. Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Web Development or a Professional Certificate in related field.
2. 5 years of professional web development experience with a strong focus on UI/UX and marketing-centric projects.
3. Proven track record of delivering high-quality, user-friendly websites and web applications.
4. Expertise in HMTL5, CSS3, JavaScript (ES6+), and modern frameworks like React, Vue.js, or Angular.
5. Experience with CSS frameworks like Tailwind CSS or Bootstrap.
6. Proficiency in creating responsive, mobile-first designs.
7. Strong knowledge of backend frameworks (Node.js, Django, Flask, PHP, or Ruby on Rails).
8. Database management skills (MySQL, PostgreSQL, or MongoDB).
9. API development and integration experience (RESTful and GraphQL).
10. Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD.
11. Strong understanding of usability principles, accessibility standards, and user-centric design.
12. Experience working with marketing tools like HubSpot, Marketo, or Salesforce.
13. Familiarity with website optimization for SEO and analytics tools.
14. Ability to translate data into actionable insights.
15. Familiarity with Git for version control.
