Role Purpose:

To deliver year on year sales and revenue growth targets for the Lonza Cell & Gene Technologies (CGT) business unit. • Be responsible for the company's network, service equipment, the daily operation of desktop and management of the company's IT operation

Job Requirements:

ROLE

1. The primary responsibility for the role is to initiate contact with potential and existing customers to generate and qualify sales leads, promote the company’s entire suite of services and “products / supply chain solutions“ and identify sales opportunities. The task is to convert these leads or opportunities into bankable sales revenue with acceptable levels of margins (to be defined by company).
2. The role holder is responsible for growing net new business and new pipeline. The incumbent must have a deep understanding of market & competition to develop appropriate winning sales strategies and apply the sales and solutions expertise, in conjunction with in-house subject matter experts. Most importantly - have a high conversion efficiency of sales pipeline.

PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
