Requirements

Job Scope:

• Prepare Tender estimation, submission by providing calculation and monitoring
• Perform risk and value analysis and all Terms & Condition in contracts
• Responsible for all cost estimates, budgetary, cost contract purchase, and handling of material throughout the contract period
• Source for suitable subcontractors for specialized jobs and complex work and assess subcontractors' invoices, and conclude bill settlement within target timeframe
• Assist Commercial Manager with inquiries and billings
• Experience in the Marine Offshore field to understand the repair scope enquired by Clients.
• Other ad-hoc duties assigned.

Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma/Degree in Naval Arch / Marine or Mech Engineering related studies
• Minimum 5 years working experience in Shipyard or Marine related industry
• Proficient in MS Office
• Knowledge in AutoCAD is advantageous

Administrative Support:

• Provide comprehensive administrative assistance to trade team.
• Handle communication, scheduling, and coordination to ensure smooth operations.

Document Preparation:

• Assist in preparing contracts, Proforma Invoices, and detailed shipment plans.
• Ensure accuracy and compliance with company standards and regulations.
• Review and meticulously check documentation processes for import and export trade.

Financial Monitoring:

• Monitor incoming funds and payment receipts, ensuring accuracy and timeliness and maintain organized records and provide necessary reports to management.
• Prepare reconciliation reports and statements, ensuring financial accuracy and transparency.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Prior knowledge of trading and shipping processes is advantageous.
• Experience in similar roles or industries is beneficial but not mandatory.
• Requirements:
• Diploma or degree graduates with a minimum of 2 years administration working experience
• Experience in ship management/oil trading industry is highly preferable

Main responsibilities:

• Increase the sales growth within the defined territories to meet the sales target
• Prepare sales quotations with product specification

Job requirement:
