What is your mission?

You’ll help us deliver excellent service to our partner brands through:

• Contacting new and existing clients (Agencies or Advertisers) via telephone, chat and email on a daily basis, identifying sales opportunities and providing these businesses with the best solution for their business goal.
• Drive revenue for our client by supporting scalable sales programs across a variety of direct clients and agencies.
• Drive product adoption and educate clients and agencies in a scalable fashion.
• Ensure that our clients receive the highest level of sales and operational customer service.
• Liaise with cross-functional teams on structuring and executing operational and strategic services and programs.
• Any other duties and responsibilities that may be assigned to you by the management from time to time, within your category of employment in the organization and for the effective implementation, maintenance and continual improvement of the Quality Management System of TDCX.

Who are we looking for?

• Candidate must possess at least a Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree in any field.
• Preferably with 2 years of working experience in the related field is ideal for this position.
• Knowledge of social media, mobile apps, and digital and mobile marketing.
• Passion for social media/entertainment marketing, and up for the challenge of building something from the bottom up.
• Must be a strong communicator with an emphasis on effective listening and empathizing with customers, plus good phone etiquette (pace, tone, voice quality, grammar, and articulation).
• Comfortable working with computers and multiple systems.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Korean (to handle enquiry from Korean speaking customer and document in Korean)

Job Title: Senior Accounts Executive (ID8118)
Location: Tuas
Working Hour: 5 days work Monday-Friday 8am – 5pm
Salary: $4000 - $4500

Job Description:
• Handle full sets of Accounts
• Responsible for month-end and year-end closing
• Prepare accounting schedules, reconciliation of accounts, management and cash flow reports
• Ensure timely and accurate submission of GST, annual tax returns and other statutory fillings
• Prepare audit schedule and attend to queries raised by external auditors
• Review tax computations and liaise with tax agents to manage the tax filling process
• Liaise with external auditors, tax agents, banks, corporate secretary and government authorities for all statutory and regulatory requirements to ensure compliance
• Perform monthly inventory reconciliation & attend yearly stock take activity
• Maintain Fixed Assets Register and ledger
• Review, implement and improve financial workflow/processes to strengthen internal control and compliance and to enhance operational efficiencies
• Any other ad hoc duties as assigned by the Reporting Manager

Requirement:
• Possess at least a Graduate Diploma/ Bachelor’s Degree in Finance/ Accountancy or equivalent
• At least 3 years of relevant working experience

• Proficient in Accounting Software – ERP
• String Excel knowledge and application

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for managing and planning manufacturing process sequence, from receipt of raw materials till finished parts shipment.
• Responsible for developing new processes solid modeling and create/update work instructions, in accordance with engineering drawings and specifications.
• Responsible for leading and supporting continuous improvement projects
• Responsible for providing technical support to Production to achieve technical and quality requirements.
• Responsible for supporting Request for Quote (RFQ) proposal development and process

Requirement

• Min Diploma or Degree in Mechanical/Manufacturing/Aeronautical Engineering
• Min 3 years’ experience in Precision Engineering/ Aerospace/ Oil &Gas Manufacturing
