• Prepare and monitor project cost budget, cash-flow for the project, track changes in design/construction work, and variations, and adjust budget projections accordingly
• Perform contracts administration including quotation, cost accounting, tenders, and contract documentation

• Review and negotiate contracts with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure favorable terms and minimize risks.

Job Requirements :

• Bachelor’s Degree in Quantity Surveying or related equivalent
• At least 10 years of relevant experience in quantity surveying, or commercial roles.
• Strong organizational skills including attention to detail and a systematic approach to work
• Excellent written, communication, and negotiation skills
• Ability to analyze contractual and legal issues and provide solutions using appropriate problem-solving techniques
• Proficient and competent in MS Office applications, particularly in Excel.
