POSITION SUMMARY:

The GFCII Analyst is responsible for reviewing high risk customer cases, reviewing the account relationships and related parties holistically to capture global and cross sector presence, conducting research, documenting the investigations and providing initial recommendations and dispositions of a Global Enterprise-Wide Customer Relationship. The GFCII conducts AML investigations that involve clients with accounts in more than one jurisdiction, a substantial multi-jurisdictional nexus, or involve complex transactional and client account patterns. These AML proactive investigations are generated from sources such as reviews of the highest risk clients, ad-hoc searches, Business Compliance or Business referrals, AML Legal referrals, TRP referrals, product-specific developments, industry trends, and referrals from external sources (e.g., law enforcement, regulators, etc.)

The Analysts are responsible for reviewing the customer cases, reviewing associated investigations, conducting research, documenting the investigations, and providing initial recommendations and supporting documentation. • Independently conduct searches, gather data and record evidence from Citi internal systems, the internet and commercial databases

The Senior Manager, Material Review Board (MRB) will work directly with the Aerostructures Global MRB manager to ensure best practices are developed and deployed across the Value Streams and Manufacturing sites. You will provide expertise between the organization and both internal/external customers to ensure their requirements and expectations are satisfied. You will be responsible for driving the deployment of strategic MRB initiatives across the Aerostructures organization, by collaborating with leaders across all Asian and European sites and value streams. Main Duties

Responsibilities

• Manage the acquisition, delivery and commissioning of capital equipment, turnkey solutions and ancillary fixtures/ tooling
• Industrialize additive manufacturing capability through the development of new process and procedures
• Manage the transfer of new products and know-hows from pre-production site to manufacturing site for mass production. Successful candidate will be expected to be posted overseas for training and technology transfer
• Implement and deliver new repairs by designing and fabricating new repair fixtures/ tooling; developing process parameters; and validating repair setup through First Article Inspection
• Provide technical assistance to all functional departments to meet business objectives
• Effectively apply process control (SPC) to monitor, analyze and define errant processes; and to refine processes to reduce variability
• Function as on-site technical authority and liaise with technical specialists for laser-related processes.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Manufacturing, Material Science, Mechanical Engineering or related field
• Possess knowledge (theory and practical) on laser cladding (solid state lasers and blown powder laser) and metallurgical characterization
• Understanding of common component repair processes (welding, heat treatment, machining, NDT) and familiarity with digital manufacturing and/or proficiency in CNC programming is an advantage
• Experience in beam characterization using commerically available equipment
• Ability to read and understand manufacturing drawings and GD&T
• Able to multi-task and work well under pressure as an individual/ team
• Possess good communication, analytical , engineering and project management skills
• Good technical problem solving skills, takes ownership and hands-on approach

Specific Role Responsibilities:

• Perform work at cell level to meet the production schedule.
• Assemble, disassemble, perform minor cleaning, inspect, troubleshoot, install & repair wiring and test in accordance with Component Maintenance Manual.
• Promptly resolve issue and ensure all repair cost estimates are updated accurately.
• Work in close cooperation with supervisor and other support personnel to resolve problems as when necessary.
• Adhere to Quality Management System (e.g. AS9110C / Airworthiness Part 145 requirement)
• Understand the use of common measuring equipment like torque wrench, calipers, micrometers, bore and depth gauges.
• Complies with all Environment, Health & Safety policies, and regulations

Requirements

• NITEC/Higher NITEC/Diploma in Engineering (Mechanical / Mechatronics /Electronics/ other Aerospace related courses)
• Personnel with passed in Air legislation CAAS/ EASA papers L12/ L11/ M10, or other industry related qualifications would have added advantage.
• Preferably with degree or diploma in engineering.
• Ability to read, write and understand English.
• To read and work from technical and service manuals, technical orders, sales orders, specification, drawings, and other written instructions.
• Computer literacy (Knowledge in SAP will be preferred).
