Job Description:

• Provide first-level technical support for hardware, software, and network issues.
• Assist in the setup, configuration, and maintenance of IT equipment such as computers, printers, and other peripherals.
• Monitor and maintain local area networks (LAN), internet connections, and other IT infrastructure.
• Troubleshoot technical issues reported by employees and escalate more complex issues to senior IT staff when necessary.
• Support the implementation and deployment of IT solutions of the company.
• Maintain accurate records of IT support requests and resolutions.
• Assist in ensuring data security and proper system backups.
• Provide basic training to employees on IT systems and best practices.

Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Basic understanding of computer hardware, operating systems, and network troubleshooting.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office software and other common business software.
• Knowledge of basic IT support tools.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities:

• Create, design, and share engaging content (e.g., images, videos, graphics) for a variety of platforms, including Facebook, TikTok, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, Xiao Hong Shu, and more.
• Plan, organize, and host live streaming sessions across platforms like Shopee, TikTok, Facebook, and others, as assigned.
• Host or record health and beauty-related talks for offline events or social media, offering insights into wellness, beauty, and personal care, when needed.
• Conduct product training sessions on health, beauty, and personal care items to ensure effective communication of product features and benefits.
• Engage with the audience by responding to comments and queries promptly and authentically, fostering a loyal online community and enhancing brand presence.
• Track, analyze, and report on content and live streaming performance, continuously optimizing strategies to improve engagement and results.
• Manage client relationships by conducting regular business reviews and sharing updates on activities to strengthen client partnerships.
• Lead a team of part-time or freelance content creators and live streamers, ensuring consistent delivery of high-quality content.
• Stay informed on the latest trends in social media, health, beauty, personal care, and wellness to keep content relevant and fresh.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in content creation and live streaming on various social media platforms.
• Preferably with a background in Health, Beauty, or Personal Care (e.g., Nutritionist, Dietitian, Beauty Therapist).
• Proficiency with social media tools and platforms (e.g., TikTok, Facebook Live, Instagram Live, YouTube Live).
• Strong visual storytelling abilities and an engaging on-camera presence, with a sharp eye for aesthetics and details.
• Experience with video editing software to produce polished and professional content.
• Fluent in both English and Mandarin, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Able to work independently while being a collaborative team player.
• Full-time position, with a work schedule from Monday to Saturday (6-day work week), based on a hybrid work arrangement.

Panel Assistant Position (Part-time) in Singapore SSC

We are looking for a proactive individual to join our sensory team as a part-time Sensory Panel Assistant for a 9 month fixed term contract based in Singapore.

The Sensory Panel Assistant reports to the Sensory Manager, assisting them to ensure that sensory projects run smoothly by managing all activities related to the sensory panels’ sessions, overseeing sensory laboratory productivity, and supervising kitchen technicians.

This will be a 9 month fixed term contract starting immediately, running until September 2025

Hours of Work: 3 days - Tuesday and Thursday 9-6pm and Wednesday 9-1pm

Flexibility required according to panel schedule (additional time may be required if more panel sessions or reduced hours if panel session hours are shorter)

Rate: SGD 14

Responsibilities:

• To assist in all aspects of the running of the Sensory Panel sessions including research, source, prepare and manage products and sensory references for sensory panel sessions
• Receive, store, inventory and prepare samples/materials for all sensory panel sessions
• Ensure that all activities carried out comply with basic food hygiene standards within the laboratory – Basic food hygiene training will be provided.
• To ensure the Sensory Panel working area is prepared appropriately in good time for each session and cleared/cleaned after
• To manage day to day activities of support technicians/helper/cleaners where they are available for more basic or routine tasks
• To assist in the preparation and set up of recruitment screening sessions, making up screening solutions/products, and facilitating the sessions with candidates in the booth area
• To monitor the quality of food samples and test procedure and ensure appropriate records are maintained.  This includes temperature logs for freezers/fridges, cooking logs, inventory logs with BB/Use by dates.
• To assist the Sensory SRE/Manager or any other member of the Sensory Science Centre with any other tasks as required.      
• Responsible for general maintenance and organization of work areas ensuring escalation of any issues if cannot be resolved on own

• Creation of clear and logically formatted product inventories for every project making use of templates where appropriate, collating product detail in PowerPoint format using MMR templates and formatting.
• Assist with documentation of project samples by collation of pictures throughout the project cycle – e.g. pictures of pack, product preparation, product serve, references and any other detail relevant for sharing with client or for future understanding by the project team

Preferred Qualifications:

• Basic Food Hygiene qualification / an aptitude for food preparation with limited supervision needed

• Excellent organizational skills and the ability to multi-task and work effectively in a fast-paced environment

• Strong collaboration and communication skills
• Being able to function well within a team
• Able to work independently, a self-starter who likes to take initiatives with a logical, analytical mind.
• Computer literate, with knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook. (Training will be given in the relevant software packages)

(A) Specific:

• Responsible for on-site / off-site / remote troubleshooting, installation and commissioning of IT related solutions.
• Provide service support and maintenance to HQ & Site Office.
• Troubleshoot Desktop / Server / Network / Security / Printer.
• Perform routine maintenance tasks which includes update patches, asset tracking, and status update.
• Liaise with distributors / vendors on application and technical information.
• Prepare and update multimedia slideshow or festival E-Card.

(A) Education, Qualifications & Special Training:

• NITEC or Diploma in Information Technology / Computer Science.
• Job holder without the above qualification but with relevant experience would be considered
• Fresh graduates are welcome. Training will be provided.

(B) Knowledge & Skills:

• Required skills - Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word and Power Point.
• In-depth knowledge of hardware and software.
• Up-to-date knowledge of the latest IT and software trends.
• Good working attitude, self-motivated and able to work independently.
• Ability to quickly establish good working relationships.
• Good communication skills (verbal and written).

(C) Experience:

• At least 1 year IT helpdesk support experience in technical support on network and application as well as troubleshooting desktop, server, network, security and printer.
