• Manage and track staff feedback and address concerns related to staff transport matters
• Collate and prepare daily transport reports
• Ensure external vendor performance and compliance with service standards

Job Responsibilities:

· Plan, supervise and deliver the program in accordance with the policies, guidelines, frameworks and philosophy of MindChamps.

· Prepare and implement the programs and age-appropriate teaching aids.

· Keep accurate records of children’s progress and address the children's educational and developmental needs individually.

· Complete the progress reports of the children for each semester and prepare a developmental portfolio for every child.

· Communicate with parents via the Connection Book at least once a week, weekly team newsletters and conferences.

· Meet the parents to address any concerns.

· Use positive discipline techniques at all times.

· Guide and supervise the Assistant Teacher in the classroom.

· Render basic first aid as and when necessary.

· Responsible for the upkeep of teaching resources, arrangement, appearance, decorations, and learning environment of the classroom.

· Be familiarised with all working curriculum documents, handbooks and policy manuals.

· Diploma in Early Childhood Care & Education – Teaching (DECCE-T)

• Determine cash and FX positions for assigned market in Asia Pacific and Oceania Region, managing forecast accuracy and executing money market and FX transactions with banks. Input deals into Quantum and timely settlement of funds without breaches.
  Manage counterparty risk - daily exposure
• Ensure standard operating procedures (SOP's) relating to Treasury operations reflect the internal control put in place in the processes.
  Ensure all treasury activities comply with treasury policy.
• (FOR CASH) Cash Management and Capital Structure. Manage the liquidities and debts of each market to optimize usage of funds. Review and evaluate existing cash management structure of each market to optimize resources
• (FOR FX) Providing economic, FX and interest rate updates to the market and liaising with the Center for any major fluctuations with the economies and currencies in the Asia Pacific region
• Establish strong business partnership with the market

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Diploma in Nursing, Social Work or other related disciplines
• Minimum 1 year experience in community healthcare settings in Singapore
• Good knowledge of the geriatrics and community services
• Strong communication skills (oral and written)
• Proficiency in G Suite applications (e.g. Google mail, docs, sheets, slides, calendar)
