About the role
Crown Equipment is currently seeking an individual to join the Sales Team based in our Singapore Branch Office as a Territory Executive.
As a Territory Executive, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth and expanding the market reach by building and maintaining customer relationships. You will also exceed the sales budget in a specified territory by managing existing clients and sourcing new business in providing Material Handling Solutions.
This will be a great opportunity to develop and execute a sales plan for the assigned territory. You will negotiate contracts and agreements with customers to close sales deals and provide product information, pricing and support to customers.
Key Areas of Responsibilities
Sales Targets
- Achieve a minimum order intake per month in Territory Management Sales as set by the company.
- Meet the minimum KPI requirements set by the company.
- Achieve goals for rental net gain initiatives.
Territory Management
- Effectively manage a defined territory, including identifying new sales opportunities while managing an existing customer base.
- Develop a dedicated plan to maximize selling time and fully develop the territory's potential.
- Implement daily territory/time management plans with clear objectives for what needs to be achieved each day.
- Offer all of Crown’s goods and services.
Product Demonstrations
- Effectively execute a minimum number of product demonstrations per month in accordance with set KPIs.
- Ensure all demonstrations are carried out in a professional manner with minimal expense to the Company.
- Demonstrate comprehensive product knowledge, which is a key deliverable, and understand the full product range.
Customer Enquiries
- Follow up on all customer inquiries promptly and professionally.
- Execute a minimum KPI of at least 18 contact calls with customers per week. These calls should have a specific purpose and an "SSP" (Strategic Selling Plan).
- Manage and maintain open inquiries effectively on a daily/weekly basis.
Team Participation
- At regular intervals, you will be required to attend team functions and product training sessions. You may also be asked to assist and support fellow colleagues with inquiries and demonstrations.
- Attend weekly sales meetings, or if in a regional area, join via video conference.
Customer Satisfaction
- Ensure that all prospective customers receive prompt, professional service when responding to inquiries, presenting proposals/solutions, and finalizing transactions upon delivery.
- Maintain regular communication with all existing and prospective clients to ensure total customer satisfaction.
Accounts Receivables
- Closely monitor customers’ Accounts Receivables (AR) and send updates as required.
- Engage with customers regarding any outstanding debts owed to the Company and assist in resolving them.
