· Provide strategic leadership and direction to the service operations division and supervising Singapore & Malaysia personnel to achieve the operations key performance index and the required service standards.

Requirements

· Fluent in Japanese (Native) and English (Spoken & Written).

· Min Degree or higher with at least 7-10 years of related working experience with our company's abatment systems in a semiconductor environment.

· Strong ability in handling technical issues and able to propose and negotiate service contracts to customers.

· Experience in Semiconductor Fab and Service Audit will be an advantage.

· Good understanding & knowledge of semiconductor facilities & processes will be an advantage.

· Willing to travel daily to various sites and overseas when required.

Revenue

• Prepare monthly Income Report.
• Obtain timely payments and receipts from clients within agreed payment terms.
• Perform follow-up via phone call, email or letter for overdue debts.
• Monitor client account details for non-payments, delayed payment and other irregularities.
• Prepare provision and bad debts for clients.
• Perform monthly Bank Reconciliation.
• Banking & Process Giro Application.

Reporting

• Prepare and updates Resident’s Trust Fund & deposits paid by Clients.
• Prepare and submit quarterly subvention to MOH.
• Assist in the preparation of Medifund & Subvention audit by MOH.
• Assist in system implementation.

Others

• Handle petty cash.

About the role

Reporting to the Head of Vertical - Flavours & Fragrances, the Regional Key Account Support Intern will be part of the Flavours & Fragrances vertical and will support the BD Team for diverse marketing activities and various projects in the Region.

What you will be doing

Marketing & Front Office Support

• Support the development of marketing materials for key sub-industries (e.g. presentation decks, case studies)
• Conduct Market Research on certain targeted trades or industry
• Other ad-hoc support as requested from RAM team

Project Management
