Key Responsibilities

Event Planning and Execution

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams / internal stakeholders to deliver high- quality programmes and fundraising events

• Attend requests/questions and redirect them to the appropriate department(s) if necessary.
• Perform other disciplinary related duties and responsibilities assigned by Management.
• Obtain evidences and provide incident statements to establish facts and circumstances for non-compliance.
• Assist in collating non-compliance and feedback to Management for further action.

Pre-requisites

• Able to communicate in English language.
• Possess excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Able to interact and manage teenagers.
• Able to stand and walk extensively while working independently as well as in a team.
• No experience is required as training will be provided

Kindly note that this is an hourly paid position.

• Perform drawing and design work using BIM (Building Information
  Modelling).
• Coordinate and prepare design documentation for Civil & Structural
  engineering projects.
• Performing building/site inspections.
• Attend progress meetings
• Degree in Civil Engineering from local or recognized foreign universities, preferrable to be recognized by Singapore Professional Engineering Board.
• Prior work experience in civil/structural firm environment is advantageous.
• Fresh graduate with good results is encouraged to apply.
• Proficient in AutoCAD and BIM
• Possess Class 3/3A driving license preferred.
• Singaporeans preferred.
