RESPONSIBILITIES

• Modulate and monitor audio for news and documentary production.
• Mix and balance for different situations and environment during recording and live events.

MODEC Is looking for a Topsides Engineering Coordinator, to work from our offices in Singapore. We are looking for somebody who can apply Project knowledge, Engineering knowledge and experience to coordinate the engineering and design of a project and support the fabrication, installation, commissioning and startup of facilities and equipment/ utilities interface associated with the conversion and outfitting of FSO / FPSO tankers, conversion of MOPU jack-ups for production operations or deep water TLP projects. Responsibilities

Overall Job Purpose

• Responsible for directing the Offshore activities related to Asset Integrity .

Reporting directly to the Chief Client Delivery Officer, you will be a member of the regional leadership team at Moneythor and play a crucial role in driving business growth. You will be responsible for developing and managing a team of Solution Engineers as well as leading and driving our strategic projects in the region. You will collaborate closely with our sales, product, and marketing teams in addition to the Client Success leadership across a variety of pre-sales, implementation and support activities.

This role is based out of our downtown Singapore Headquarters where we operate within a hybrid environment, blending remote and onsite work.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Lead, coach, and manage a high-performing Solution Engineers team to drive expansion, retention, and achievement of success goals and KPIs.
• Ensure adherence to solution engineering standards, internal best practices, and compliance.
• Develop, track, and report on client scorecard to enhance client health, platform adoption, expansion, and retention.
• Evangelize existing and new solution features to clients, driving platform adoption and new business growth through greater advocacy and reference-ability.
• Understand and analyse clients’ business & technical requirements, and help implement, test, package, configure and deploy the Moneythor solution and ensure timely and accurate deliverables.
• Leverage your deep hands-on technical skills across enterprise software and Web technologies to manage our clients' implementations.
• Maintain in-depth understanding of the Moneythor solution and provide vetted, impactful feedback to the product team.
• Partner with the sales, partnerships, marketing and product teams in pre-sales, onboarding, and client retention activities.
• Enhance the company’s Client Success Playbook to improve the client experience and ensure client success.
• Foster collaboration and ongoing learning within the team and across client lifecycle.

REQUIREMENTS:

• 5+ years' experience leading enterprise software and/or SaaS technical account management or solution engineering teams
• Proficient in Web/database and broader enterprise software technologies
• Extensive Project and Program Management expertise
• Strong communication and leadership skills with a focus on people management and development
• Demonstrated ability to conduct quantitative analysis and implement growth and retention strategies

Job Responsibilities:

• Implement the program for the class in accordance with the policies, guidelines, framework and philosophy of the centre.

Role Purpose:

To independently determine and prepare the Requisitions for packages of mechanical

components and / or equipment that are required in a project, assists in evaluating the technical aspects of bids and executing in order to deliver the packages on time and to ensure that the packages meet the technical requirements.

Key Accountabilities:

Technical requirements-

Understands the specifications and requirements in the area of mechanical packaged equipment and system (such as

Chemical Injection package, Scrubber, Utility Compressor,Pumps, etc.,) of the assigned package. - Responsible for Mechanical

Design of packaged equipment in compliance with applicable International codes ASME, API etc.,

Engineering document preparation -

Independently develops technical specifications/standards and Requisitions for packaged equipment and system such as

Chemical Injection package, Scrubber, Utility Compressor, Pumps, etc.,

Supplier selection-

Independently evaluates the technical aspects of bids received from suppliers and concludes assessment to the bide. Generally, less

complex packages and middle risk equipment are assigned.

Supplier management -

Assists in placing and executing the orders. After orders, independently reviews Supplier documents (such as data sheets,

drawings) for their completeness, accuracy and compliance. Being the focal point, liaises and coordinates with various stakes holders.

Support for other discipline -

Provides technical/engineering support/visit and advice for quality work at supplier shop and Construction/Commissioning work at site

Technical issue resolution -

Independently resolves technical issues using expert knowledge and technical know-how that may arise during the execution of package engineering, fabrication and post-delivery.

Compliance with HSSEQ policies -

To ensure business activities and decisions conform to the laws and regulations and demonstrates high standard of ethical behavior.

Qualifications

- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering

- Minimum 10 years of relevant working experience in Mechanical engineering in oil and gas sector, preferable experience in FPSO, off-shore application

- Possess relevant experience working on EPC projects

- Shall be conversant with design standards and International Industry Codes such as ASME, API, etc.

- Proficency in written and spoken English and Japaneses.

• Analyze, maintain, and review manual and statistical forecast and propose / execute changes in order to assign the best fit S&OP demand forecast model
• Strive for Forecast automation based on historical data
• Act as Regional SME for forecasting statistical models and their best fit for different product groups, assigned business franchise, and different business scenarios (e.g. product launches, cannibalization etc.), train, coach and provide feedback to Regional and country teams on best forecasting methods
• Ensure, check and challenge data for consistency and logical incorporation of known business events e.g. coordinate the review of key planning characteristics to ensure validity of forecast models
• Build scenarios and back track against historical results in order to define best fitting models
• Maintain optimal S&OP processes in Region for assigned products. This includes developing, maintaining and monitoring all S&OP processes in the region in alignment with global guidelines, deploy trainings on process and tools, as well as monitoring all legacy S&OP analytical tools and signaling maintenance requirements
• Facilitate the Sales & Operations Planning by supporting a monthly consensus and demand review meeting with country management
• Collaborate with local S&OP teams to understand unique market requirements and identify root cause of Affiliate service issues
• Acquire and analyze information regarding historical data, market trends, promotional activity and other events, historical or current, which impact and influence customer demand
• Support unit and dollar demand forecast reviews (including revenue and samples) with Regional Counterparts. Work alongside regional counterparts to align current demand forecast submission against market activities and sales trends. Identify gaps between current plans and financial commitments, derive possible gap closing initiatives and highlight risks and opportunities.
• Work with Global S&OP teams to determine the capability to meet demand, and provide a feedback loop to markets. Act as key point of contact for the region to ensure strong visibility of product availability and/or supply issues back through the supply chain.
• Lead the regional allocation process with markets and regional commercial counterparts to resolve constrained situations, apply demand control where necessary on large or abnormal orders while still striving to meet operational and customer excellence
• Partner with the Regional commercial team and with Product Lifecycle Managers on the product portfolio by supporting regional product launches/ rationalization/ special promotions
• Analyze, report and improve forecast accuracy both at the detail and aggregate level to improve customer service and inventory levels
• Partner with Global LCM on product artwork/ labelling changes initiative and facilitate country bridging stock requirement with global supply chain
• Participate in Global S&OP review for assigned sub-franchise/s
• Support deck preparation for Executive S&OP meeting
• Collaborate with Global Analytics to improve and enhance analytics dashboard
• As Regional Super User for IBP planning system, provide guidance & support to local users, represent local users on issue escalation and new business requirements discussions with Global Process Owner
• Support Bi-weekly / Monthly S&OP KPI metrics reporting
• Escalate and drive resolution of critical region supply issues with Global Supply Chain

Education: Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent combination of education + 7years relevant work experience

This is a new role within our Operations Team where you will be responsible for autonomous vehicle operations in our customer sites where you will be responsible for Remote Vehicle Operations, Maintenance and Systems testing. where you will be cross-deployed to both the testing and operations team. This role will operate on a shift-based schedule. You will play a crucial role in ensuring the safe and efficient operation of autonomous vehicles, monitoring and controlling real-time vehicle operations, conducting general maintenance and executing testing procedures.

On a day to day, you will be collaborating with cross-functional teams while integrating new technologies, troubleshooting technical issues and contributing to continuous improvement initiatives. Your expertise will be vital in the success of maintaining compliance with safety regulations, optimizing vehicle performance, and fostering innovation in autonomous vehicle operations.

Role responsibilities

Vehicle Maintenance and Testing.

• Conduct diagnostics and maintenance on autonomous vehicles.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to integrate new technologies and features into autonomous vehicle systems.
