• Verifies operational quality of system equipment. Assists senior engineers as needed.
• Applies diagnostic techniques and use of documentation and test equipment with assistance from senior engineers.
• Ability to diagnose and resolve technical problems. Uses training and experience to identify some process, software or hardware related system problems.
• Strives to perform BKM’s. Uses knowledge management systems. Follows all IP guidelines.

Requirements

• Prior hands-on experiences in Wafer Fabrication Semiconductor tools (CVD, PVD, Etch)
• Relevant education qualification in Engineering
• Ability to work with deadlines and with all levels of internal and external stakeholders including customers
• Ability to work in cleanroom work environment

Job Scope:

1. Vacuuming/ mopping floor/ staircase/ meeting room/ balcony

2. Dust and wipe all office tables and cabinet top

3. Dust and wipe filling cabinets, window sills

4. Empty all trash bins

5. Glass cleaning/ remove finger marks from glass

6. Clean pantry/ leisure room/ meeting room

7. Wiping/ sanitizing all telephones

8. Washing the toilets daily

9. Prepare and serve drinks/ beverages to management, visitors.

10. Watering and maintenance of plants and removal of weeds or unwanted plants at balcony.

11. Any other ad hoc duties as assigned

Qualification:

1. Only Singaporean and PR are welcome to apply.
2. Prior office housekeeping/ cleaning experience is advantageous.
3. Good communication and interpersonal skills.
4. Able to multi-task and work independently.

Job Responsibilities:

1. Planning and scheduling of projects.

2. Responsible for managing clients expectations, developing project plan and defining the scope of the project and assigning team members to specific tasks.

3. Responsible for leading a team, provide guidance, training or coaching to the team members.

4. To oversee M&E construction projects and to monitor the projects are carried out with respect to the target schedule.

5. Responsible for project budget management, make sure that the project gets done without excessive spending and master the art of cost efficiency.

6. Responsible for evaluating team members' efficiency and effectiveness. Identify shortcomings and plan for ways to fix similar issues in the future.

7. To build teamwork among project team.

8. To handle design for Air Conditioning & Mechanical Ventilation System and to ensure clients' requirements are met.

9. To attend project meeting and to coordinate with clients, consultants, main contractors and sub-contractors when necessary.

10. To forecast and anticipate possible issue for projects and to eliminate potential risks.

11. Planning of manpower and work arrangement with engineers and site person in charge.

Requirements:

1. Preferably Engineer specialized in Engineering - Mechanical or equivalent.

2. At least 5 Years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.

3. Energetic, self-motivated, good problem solving skills.

4. Willing to learn, positive and good attitude.
