Job Responsibilities:

• Provide day to day EHS support to meet the Singapore EHS requirements, Responsible Business Alliance (RBA), Customer Requirements, KLA EHS policy and program.

• Collaborate with field service operations and others. Provide assistance, support and technical expertise on field service and install operations when needed.
• Promote incorporation of EHS into business planning and assist with establishing EHS as a business and management performance measure.
• Assist with the implementation of business continuity plan, emergency response plan, company audit program and reviewing EHS performance and work practices against statutory and company requirements.
• Track, arrange and timely renew all equipment, building and related licenses ensuring compliance to governmental regulations.
• Provide support to our ESG (sustainability) efforts for the sites under your span of control.

Qualifications

1. Bachelor's Level Degree, relevant qualifications in Safety, Environmental, Risk Management, Occupational Hygiene or equivalent.
2. Holding of Singapore Workplace Safety & Health Officer and Fire Safety Manager certifications.
3. 5+ years or more experience in a large manufacturing facility.
4. Experience in RBA, Business Continuity Plan, ISO14001 & ISO45001 management system, FM Loss Prevention Program, bizSAFE program, building construction safety, etc.

• Plant care: Monitoring seedlings and trees, ensuring they have enough water and nutrients, and applying pesticides
• Maintain nursery upkeep: Ensure that the nursery is well maintained and compliant of all laws and regulations
• Plant selection: Selecting seeds, bulbs, and cuttings, and determining the types and quantities of plants to grow
• Purchasing: Selecting and purchasing seeds, plant nutrients, disease control chemicals, and garden and lawn care equipment
• Quality improvement: Developing and maintaining a positive attitude towards quality of products and services rendered to customers
• Production methods: Evaluating, documenting, costed, recommending, and implementing new and improved production methods

Job Description:

• Manage Full spectrum of payroll processing including preparation of payroll and CPF reports
• Prepare and submit yearly IR8A filing and ensures the confidentiality of all salary and salary related matters.
• Handle the administration of staff onboarding, staff retention and staff offboarding
• Perform HR functions such as recruitment, onboarding and exit process, orientation and staff welfare programs.
• Responsible for MOM work passes, application/Renewal/Cancellation
• Handle all MOM queries and issuance/renewal of employees work passes

Job Requirement:

• Minimum 3 years of working experience HR and payroll experience is advantageous

• Candidate must possess at least Professional Certificate ,Diploma, in HR or any field.

• Accounts Receivable Officer
• Basic up to $3000
• Performance bonus up to 3 months

• Location: Tuas (free transport provided daily from MRT station)

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain an up-to-date billing system
• Generate accurate invoices and send to customers in a timely manner
• Follow up / collect payment and perform reconciliation
• Monitor customer accounts for non-payments, delayed payments, or irregularities and take appropriate actions
• Maintain accurate and updated customer records in the database
• Prepare financial reports and analyse accounts receivable status
• Other relevant ad hoc duties assigned by finance manager

Key Requirements:

• Min 1 year of relevant working experience especially in AR
• Good knowledge of AR and general accounting principles
