Job Description

• Part-time, Flexible hours with partial presence when required for financial review and strategy (the frequency could be discussed further)
• Prepare and assist with the preparation of financial statements, balance sheets, and income statements monthly
• Reconcile bank and card accounts with our accounting software
• Ensure all administrative compliance with ACRA and IRAS Policies
• Analyze financial data to identify trends, variances, strategy and opportunities for improvements
• Keeping up with the latest SME news to suggest suitable financing and available grants
• Assist with budgeting, forecasting, strategy and financial planning for efficiency and profitability
• Collaborate with internal team to ensure accurate financial reporting
• Maintain detailed and organized records to support financial reporting needs and financial planning
• Generate monthly payroll, staff claims, payment to suppliers and contractors
• Assist in staff HR Matters and administrative such as tax filing, encashment of leave, computation of annual leave and bonuses.

Wholesales

• Develop strategies and techniques to achieve sales targets and guide team members on future actions.
• Identify potential customers and generate leads for the organization, aiming to create new opportunities.

• Determines annual SG Sales and gross-profit plans (profits).
