The Role

You will be part of the APAC commercial legal team operating out of Singapore. Porsche Singapore is seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Automotive Service Technician with experience in vehicle servicing to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for inspecting, diagnosing, and repairing a wide range of vehicle issues, ensuring customer satisfaction and vehicle safety. This role requires strong technical knowledge, hands-on experience, and a commitment to service excellence.  

• Perform diagnostics and troubleshooting on vehicles in accordance with manufacturer standards to identify mechanical, electrical, and electronic issues.  

• Carry out repairs on various vehicle systems, including engines, transmissions, brakes, suspensions, electrical components, including high-voltage systems. 

• Conduct scheduled maintenance services, such as oil changes, tyre rotations, and fluid checks, in line with manufacturer and dealership guidelines. 

• Accurately document all work performed, including parts and labour, to maintain complete repair records. 

• Use specialised diagnostic tools, hand tools, and electronic testing equipment safely and efficiently, while maintaining a clean and organised workspace and adhering to safety and environmental regulations. 
• Provide excellent service by proactively and effectively communicating necessary repairs, timelines, status updates, and maintenance needs with all After Sales departments, Service Advisors and customers, while addressing any customer concerns.

• Singaporean or Singapore Permanent Residents (SPR) are preferred 

• Experience as automotive service technician, specifically with Porsche vehicles, along with knowledge of Porsche’s mechanical and electronic vehicle systems or manufacturer-specific training in Porsche service and repair is highly preferred  

• Strong diagnostic and problem-solving abilities with proficiency in diagnostic tools and repair equipment, particularly with Porsche models
