Key Responsibilities:
• Provide excellent customer service to parents and students, answering inquiries about courses and schedules.
• Manage enrollment processes, student records, and class timetables efficiently.
• Support sales efforts by following up with potential clients, coordinating trial lessons, and ensuring a smooth onboarding experience for new students.
• Handle administrative duties such as preparing materials, scheduling appointments, and assisting teachers with classroom needs.
What We're Looking For:
• Strong communication skills with a friendly and approachable attitude.
• Good organizational skills with an eye for detail.
• Ability to multitask and adapt in a busy environment.
• Prior experience in sales or customer service is an advantage.
• Passion for education and helping students achieve their goals.
