Summary of the position:
As head of AMRK (Agency and Middle Office Risk) team in LSC section, staff has to ensure that all the projects, activities and tasks under the team’s responsibility are performed cost-effectively, on schedule, in conformance to the bank’s policies and standards and within agreed levels of quality.
LSC/AMRK team is responsible for the development of system and services module under Loanscape program related to middle office. Agency and middle perimeter is a data centric collection of modules/applications that resides at the centre of the Loanscape application architecture and is responsible for providing business services, security services and communication services with other applications of the program.
As part of transversal responsibilities, the staff will also ensure in conjugation with LSC section head that best development practices are followed across other LSC section teams in areas of DevOps, design, dev tooling, code quality, monitoring, frameworks etc.
The profile is directly reporting to the head of LSC section.
Main responsibilities for ISAP-CCS:
· Organise the team to facilitate the development of various AMRK modules that adhere to the larger Loanscape program requirements.
· Supervise and oversee AMRK Team activities.
· Ensure the implementation of best practices and tooling for other LSC teams.
· Plan, organize and prioritize the work assigned to the team in order to meet committed deadlines and other agreed milestones.
· Identify, evaluate and report risks and issues to ensure corrective and/or preventive measures are timely taken.
· Ensure team’s activity adherence to bank’s norms and standards.
· Ensure processes applied adherence to the Section operational model.
· Actively participate/contribute to GIT Paris/ISAP governance for his domain.
· Continuously monitor the satisfaction level of his/her customers and put efforts to maintain and improve it.
· Continuously monitor the quality of the deliveries and the quality of service.
· Evaluate staff member skill/knowledge and recommend training plan.
· Review and conduct appraisals for staff under his charge.
· Organize staff mobility and staff career development
· HR Management: Recruitments, motivation and career, coaching and mentoring staffs.
· Implementation of AgileSecDevOps practices.
· Continuous improvement of projects, run and budget.
· Supervises and follow-up 3rd Level Support Activities for applications in production.
Main duties details:
Project Management
· Accountable of all phases of the project/sub-project under responsibility including the delivery in production.
· Advise the sponsors on the solution and inform them on the impact on legacy if any.
· Prepare the good condition of new project: Do the cost estimation, staff recruitments, architecture orientation, project organization and get requirement from sponsor.
· Monitor and evaluate the efficiency of project and their execution.
· With Project Manager, organize the governance and control the efficiency.
· Guarantee the level of quality in order to get the agreement of the sponsor and to maintain well the application in production.
Management
· Create the condition to have good level of staff motivation.
· Detect the talents and manage their career.
· Review the staff objectives every 3 months and propose development plan (OKR + Lean management).
DevOps
· With help of Serenity program deploy the AgileSecDevOps practices in the section and monitor the progress afterwards.
· Optimize continuously the project and the run activities. Propose to Serenity best practices and return of experiences.
Lean management
· In collaboration with ISAP-API/Lean and CBI/PCM apply the lean management practices (White Board, PSS, Development session, Coaching/feedback session, SOP).
Permanent control
· With collaboration of CIO/Permanent Control follow-up the ISAP-CBI controls 1.x and 2.x.
· Report to HOS and provide alerts when needed.
RUN management
· Organize the conditions in order to maintain the LSC applications post production and respect the SLA.
· Monitor the quality of the application and propose refactoring plan in case of the debt code is too higher or in case of obsolescence.
· Maintain the critical size and knowledge of teams to keep the applications under responsibility in good condition.
· In alignment with CBI/Global-Support apply the best practices of RUN.
Secondary duties:
· Act as backup for tech leads, project manager or other team members if needed.
