- Equip with knowledge about retail products and the ability to achieve own KPI.
- Plan, design & content creation for social media and website (eg. Facebook, LinkedIn, Wechat, Instagram and etc).
- Manage and update social media account & company’s website.
- Support the sales and marketing team in all their needs for marketing and sales collateral and other administrative tasks.
- Expand the brand presence of the company increasing brand awareness and strengthen brand loyalty.
- Conduct competitive strategic analysis, consumer segmentation, and consumer insight development.
- Develop and execute pre/post sales specific customer company-wide campaigns to increase awareness penetration.
- Identify social media trends to innovate relevant campaigns.
- Any other ad-hoc designing/marketing related tasks.
- Able to commit to international travels when necessary to build strong connections with oversea clients and vendors.
- Directly interfaces with outside vendors including agencies, production and fulfilment vendors, as well as other marketing vendors, and partners.
Requirements:
- Degree in Marketing, Communications or related discipline.
- A minimum of 1 years of sales experience.
- Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and networking skills.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills. Bilingual is a plus.
- Excellent interpersonal skills.
- Possess solid experience in digital production and project management.
- Computer literate with experience in marketing software packages e.g. MS office, Adobe CS.
- Excellent time-management and organisational skills in managing multiple priorities and projects.
