• Define and implement strategic marketing plans, execute marketing campaigns, and continuously evaluate their performance and outcomes.
• Set strategic goals, priorities, and action plans for products, sharing them with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment.
• Engage with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) for the dermatology product line and collaborate with clinical, sales, and training teams as needed.
• Organize and deliver product training for local and regional distributor sales teams, ensuring they have the scientific knowledge and communication skills needed to meet sales objectives.
• Perform any additional duties as assigned by the company.

Job Specification

• At least 7 years of experience in sales and marketing, with at least 4 years in marketing within the pharmaceutical industry.
• Proficient in data analysis tools and techniques.
• Bachelor's degree or higher.
• Ability to work independently on complex projects while effectively collaborating with cross-functional teams.
• Experience in managing product lifecycles, particularly within the dermatology sector in the region.
• Strong understanding of market access strategies, pricing, and market intelligence.
• Excellent communication skills for engaging with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
