Job scope:

• Process application and termination requests for residential and commercial customers timely and accurately.
• Review of supporting documents received for utilities account opening and closing requests.
• Respond to customer application or termination requests and provide follow up assistance if necessary.
• Work in close collaboration with internal departments for applications and termination related activities.
• Analyse situation and provide with the best appropriate solution.
• Work in cross functional team to deliver changes with positive impact in a progressive environment.
