Reporting directly to the Managing Director & in close collaboration with the local SEA and regional APAC teams, the Retail Director supervises the commercial strategy, controls its implementation and the fulfillment of the objectives outlined in the Strategic Plan for existing and new retail projects for SEA markets – currently Singapore, Malaysia and Thailand and Vietnam.
• Identify business opportunities through network relocation, expansion including lease renewals, terminations, and negotiations with landlords.
• Together with the Exco, leads and contributes to the 3YP and Yearly Plan strategy for the markets, including business forecasts, ensuring growth and profitability.
• Ensuring Maison’s commercial policies and Maison’s compliance rules are respected. (qualitative and quantitative objectives) for existing and new boutique projects.

• Strengthen and support strategic departments
- design CRM and Client Experience strategies and ensuring implementation in the markets
- oversee the e-commerce business, lead Client Relationship Center strategy and performance
- supervise Visual Merchandising & Store Planning activity including maintenance plans for existing boutiques and follows up with Store Planning team new boutiques constructions.
- oversee all functions of Retail Operations & Performance including strategic analysis, operational excellence, client services, reporting and store administration, to define incentive programs for associates and identify actions to drive traffic to boutiques.
- defining the Training strategy to fully engage with the boutique population to focus on regional needs and identify individual development plans.
- to lead the growth & development of the High Jewelry business and clients ,to initiate action plans ensure High Jewelry ambitions are met.
- to monitors and drive boutique performance with Area Retail Manager for key performance indicators (Sales Objectives, Traffic, Sales Ratio, Sales Staff performance, Discount control, etc…)
