Job Scope:

• Greet and attend to customers
• Customer Service
• Housekeeping
• Stock Inventory / Stock take
• Any other retail duties as assigned by superior

Requirements:

• Minimum N/O/A levels
• Retail experiences will be advantageous
• Able to commit retails hours - shift as rostered by supervisor - Minimum 3 to 4 days/week inclusive of 1 weekends
• Team player
• Start immediate preferred and commit till end March 2025 or longer

• Cheerful and lively at all times in store
• Greeting customers when they walk through the door
• Educating customers on our multi label brands
• Meeting monthly sales target
• Arranging for delivery or pick-up of the customer’s order if needed
• Informing customers of any extra charges or discounts if necessary
• Inviting the customer to join the loyalty program
• Assisting in maintaining the back stock room
• Keep the sales floor area clean and organized at all times
• Basic salary with commission payable
