What you'll be doing

• Payroll Product system analysis and solution provider
• To be independent and an expert in HRMS Payroll related product
• Technically analyze existing payroll system, functional requirement and provide system solution or areas of impact will there be any enhancement/customization/system issues bring up by the team
• Read the system source codes and advise on the behavior or feasibility of the requirements
• Review the technical specification document and provide a detail or sufficient content to the Development Team
• Discuss and Work with Research and Development (R&D) team for any required discussion pertaining to the system and solution design
• Strictly follow the process and ensure proper documentation (functional/technical specification) is in place
• Ensure effective communication to the respective team(s) involved
• Take overall responsibility and actively follow up the tasks assigned to ensure the deadline is met

What we're looking for

• Bachelor’s degree holder in Computing and/or Information System
• Hands-on experience in HRMS/HCM modules and technical analysis / system design experience
• Proficiency in the English language and an additional Asian language is advantageous to effectively communicate with a diverse group of stakeholders.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment

Requirements:

• Familiar with emerging Data Visualisation Tools and Techniques from a business analytics context.
• Able to train with effective presentation skills on insights and trends by organizing and consolidating graphs into dashboards. Examine insights with stakeholders and interpret analytics with subject matter experts by designing Interactive visualizations with dashboard control and parameters.
• Familiar with digital methods of learning, including Synchronous and Asynchronous e-learning and e-assessment
• Min 3 years experience in relevant field
• He/she should have a relevant polytechnic diploma or higher qualification (Minimum ICT polytechnic diploma or higher qualification in ICT)
• ACLP or ACTA is a must.
• Rate: per day basis

Job Responsibilities:

• Set-up, dismantle, store, maintain, handle and use of all products and resources required for outlet according to set standards. This includes the tidiness and cleanliness of all work and service stations
• Deliver products and services that achieve the set standards
• Check guest satisfaction, receive feedback, and report and provide feedback for improvement of products and services
• Participate in the trainings provided, and apply them on the job to achieve set standards and to keep the brand promise
• Complete initiatives to achieve or exceed monthly budget targets

Job Responsibilities:

• Checking of Next Day’s Arrivals
• Keep one informed of the available rooms for sale and help maximize room sales by up-selling
• Attend to all incoming calls with pleasant and polite manner following the SOPs
• Confirm and process the reservations received from telephone calls accordingly to the established procedures
• Respond promptly and tactfully to guests’ booking requests and inquiries using the set standards, via email or fax immediately
• Input reservations received from OTA (On-line Travel Agent) into the in-house system (PMS)
• Update details in the PMS for all bookings that are booked by the Central Reservations System (2-way interface)
• Prepare the special requests for guests’ amenities (for example; fruit plates, boxes of chocolates, wine) to the Room Service Department daily
• Check next day arrivals from all OTAs to ensure that the bookings are in order. Follow through if there are any discrepancies
