• Pre-onboarding arrangement such as pre-employment check-up.
• Other administrative duties such as updating HR records, checking invoices, filing.

Qualifications:

• Minimum a Diploma in HR or Business Administration
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
• Excellent communication, written, organisational and interpersonal skills
• Detail-oriented and an initiative for problem solving
• Preferably with 2 years of working experience in Human Resource
