1. Assist with GIFT processing and tracking
2. Assist with U Care Assistance Programme e-Vouchers (roll out from October 2023 to May 2024)

• To attend to queries from unions and track issues logged for expedient processing
• To prepare collaterals for unions and members
• To track utilization of e-Vouchers and conduct random sampling

Other admin duties

1. Assist with beneficiaries’ photoshoot - Administrative and ground works to identify beneficiaries
2. Assist with documentation gathering for various audit and governance checks
3. Assist with preparation of meeting materials and reports
