Specific Responsibilities

• You will be responsible for understanding from the MEP perspective, the client’s key business drivers influencing their decision-making process and how these decisions will play a pivotal role in helping our clients achieve their goals.
• You will be leading and owning the Design activities for MEP vertical and create holistic solutioning to fulfill client’s needs .
• You will be driving the Space Matrix proposition to be most value added/unique for the pitch/proposals.

• You will lead all the projects as MEP Lead and make sure the project is successful and well within the budget and timeline with highest client satisfaction.
• You will be responsible for the quality of MEP design and will make sure all designs are within the budget.
• You will attend all client meetings to explain the design concept and detailed design. Visit sites as per the project requirement and provide solutions where and when required.
• You will review all drawings in Revit/AutoCAD and prepare BOQ and budget for projects.

• You have a minimum 10 years of experience in the building/ construction industry.
• You have relevant experience in corporate/ workplace projects.
• You are tech-savvy, and have experience in successfully adopting latest technology initiatives.

Job mission

Primary responsibilities:

·  Participate in a full software development lifecycle and write code that is maintainable, clear, and concise. 

·  Hands on experience on coding, troubleshooting and multi-threaded applications. 

·  Experience with Java (J2EE), Multithreading, JSON, SOAP/ REST, XML, Spring MVC, Spring Boot, Spring JDBC, Hibernate, Tomcat, PostgreSQL. 

·  Should have knowledge on Junit, SoapUI, JMeter, postman & other Unit Testing framework. 

Additional responsibilities:
