Position Title: Key Account Manager

Our client is a world-class global commodities warehousing and freight forwarding company including logistics business, and is currently seeking a detail-oriented and skilled Key Account Manager, responsible for handling the existing clients, building and maintaining a strong relationship to develop additional revenue streams and develop business opportunities from new leads.

Job Responsibilities:

• Responsible for growth of key accounts, whilst ensuring that client retention is effectively managed through constant engagement with the existing clients and operations
• Oversee and take ultimate commercial responsibility for nominated key accounts. Regular service calls to key existing clients
• Responsible for quotation handling including costing and pricing

Job Requirements:

• Minimum a college degree from an internationally recognized university
• Minimum 5 years of total working experience
• Experience in the third party logistics sector and/or management experience in non-ferrous metals sector is required
• Demonstrated warehousing and logistics operations expertise
• Good verbal and written communication skills in English is a prerequisite
