Job Scope:

- Handle Day-To-Day Business Operations of Singapore's #1 Education Agency

- Attend to interested clients via various forms of warm leads (form orders, calls, WhatsApp...etc)

(no cold-calling or anything of that sort!)

- Assist clients in shortlisting and recommending suitable tutor profiles based on their criterias

- Coordinate and arrange 1st tuition lesson for clients and tutors

- Follow-up with any necessary administrative support and after-sales service

- Familiarize with and utilize custom-made company software which is focused on automation

Salary:

- $2,300 - $3,000/Month + CPF

(Depending on Qualifications & Work Experience)

·       Prepare/ review Management Accounts, customized reporting packages, Statutory Accounts

·       Prepare/ review monthly payroll and other expense disbursements, as well as year-end remuneration returns and tax clearance

·       Prepare/ review GST returns, corporate tax return, withholding tax and COR

·       Prepare/ review administrative/ payment processing

·       Liaise with auditors and regulators, answering queries of behalf of clients

·       Responsible for billings, fee negotiations and recovery for each client engagement

·       To set and manage the deadlines of the portfolios of clients in accordance with the agreed calendar defined for each client

·       Provide excellent client service and ensure deliverables timelines are met.

·       Monitor and control the workload of the team

·       Communicate effectively with the team to ensure they are aware of deadlines and expectations in terms of timing

·       Identify training needs and opportunities within the team.

·       Ensure that Ocorian policy and procedure are adhered to

·       Review current process flow for improvements and assist in the implementation of recommendations

·       Identify problems and issues and apply problem solving skills to provide solutions

·       Participate in new client prospects meetings, when required, and the subsequent onboarding process.

• Support the Media Director in ensuring that we deliver high client satisfaction scores (which means we constantly have a pulse on the relationship)
• Lead on day to day running of the account with clients & agency partners
• Assist in mentoring, and developing team members
• Develop and execute integrated media plans across various offline and online channels with the goal of driving client business objectives: account openings and card sign ups.
• Manage daily workflow of top, mid and bottom funnel campaigns. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the integration of media plans with overall marketing strategy.
• Propose and manage client media budgets to drive business targets.
• Overlooking and optimizing performance marketing campaigns across the channel mix including SEM, programmatic display, paid social and retargeting to drive leads and conversions.
• Ensure best practice for Search, Programmatic Display and Social buying and planning
• Ensure on-going test and learns to drive campaign performance
• Make in-depth recommendations based on strong grasp of analytics, marketing & research concepts
• Assist in mentoring, and developing team members
