We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Accounts Receivable Executive to join our finance team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing all aspects of accounts receivable, ensuring timely and accurate invoicing, payment processing, and customer account management. How your day looks like? 

Key Responsibilities: 

• Invoicing and Billing and prepare manual invoice & credit noted where and when required 
• Generate and send out invoices to customers in a timely and accurate manner. 
• Verify that transactions comply with financial policies and procedures. 
• Investigate and resolve billing discrepancies / enquiries 
• Contact customers via phone, email, or mail to follow up on outstanding payments.

• Point of contact for Guest Ledger and liaison with Front Office. 
• Process and timely issuance of Statement of accounts and follow up on delinquent payment. 
• Provide ad hoc support to operations accounts team. 
• Process credit applications, ensuring that clients are notified promptly and professionally. 
• Ensure all invoices / statements are issued on a timely basis.

Finding Candidates:

The Senior Director, Head of Client Services (CS) – SMT Cluster, Global Clients & and Global/Regional Acquirers is a senior leadership role, reporting to the SVP, Head of AP Client Services, and will lead the team responsible for managing the post-sales and operational relationships of clients by overseeing onboarding and implementation processes, maximizing adoption of deployed products, driving Client Success outcomes, and optimizing client performance across the SMT markets, Global Clients and Global/Regional Acquirers.

The Senior Director is expected to provide strategic, functional, and technical leadership for all the operational activities for applicable clients, including the cross functional delivery of systems and services. They will define and deploy client service strategies across the different client types including proactive Client Success planning. This will ensure their client operational goals/success metrics are understood, intended outcomes are met and client readiness activities for upcoming mandates are tracked in Client Success Plans. The Db2 Database Engineering Administration team is part of Operations & Infrastructure (O&I) Technology Platform and is responsible for common integration infrastructure that supports communication between multiple enterprise applications and multiple business lines

Job Scope

This Director role is responsible for the team that delivers database administration solutions which involves complex problem solving and taking a broad perspective to identify creative solutions.
