MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

A) Service Planning

• Prepare the slides for the English services weekly, using relevant software tools
• Ensure that the liturgical cloths in the relevant worship venues are maintained and changed according to the liturgical seasons
• Oversee the care and maintenance of the liturgical furnishings in the various worship venues (including individual kneeling cushions, candles, altar book stand, standing cross, etc)
• Ensure that the Altar Books in the relevant worship venues are updated with the correct Great Thanksgiving at each Communion Service
• Maintain the stock of Holy Communion elements, including ordering, checking for expiry, and storing in a reverent manner elements that have been consecrated
• Prepare the Holy Communion elements in the trays and ensure that they are brought to their respective worship venues each week
• Liaise with relevant 3rd parties for special offerings (including getting slides/videos from them)

B) Worship Services

• Roster ushers for all regular English services at the Barker Road campus, including special services
• Roster Communion Assistants for all regular English services at the Barker Road campus, including special services as required

• Assign Communion Assistants to their stations at each worship venue

C) Floral Ministry

The incumbent will be required to provide pastoral leadership, care, and ministry support to the Youth Ministry (YM) in partnership with the Youth Committee and Church School Exco.

MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Being part of the Youth Ministry, the incumbent will be working closely in consultation with the pastor overseeing the Youth Ministry to plan, direct and grow the Youth Ministry through planning of activities/programmes/events, engaging of youth and their families and ministry volunteers, relational journeying alongside the youth and providing pastoral care, leadership and discipleship.

This role will require a willingness to work on non-traditional schedules which includes evenings and weekends, with the flexibility to get time off on a weekday.

The responsibilities include:
1. Plan the Central Teaching calendar in consultation with the pastor overseeing the Youth Ministry.

About the Role:
As a Growth Manager, you will take ownership of multi-channel performance marketing strategies with a strong focus on Meta and Google Ads. What you will do:

• Build strong rapport with key client stakeholders and own the entire client lifecycle from successful onboarding, launch to ongoing relationship and/or engagement initiatives management, quarterly business reviews and driving business growth through renewals by increasing an account’s annual recurring revenue and in parallel, reduce risk of churn.

The Solution Architect will be responsible for the design and thought leadership throughout the full life cycle of a customer's journey. The position is for a highly motivated and skilled attorney to join Visa's growing legal team. What a Senior Associate Counsel (Commercial and Money Movement Solutions) Asia Pacific in Legal does at Visa:

The position is for a highly motivated and skilled attorney to join Visa's growing legal team. You will be a key regulatory and commercial legal lead supporting the Visa business teams as they expand their commercial and money movement solutions, licensing footprint, and product offerings to enhance value for traditional bank/FI clients as well as develop new clients/partners/business streams in the evolving payment ecosystem. You will focus on supporting regulatory reviews, licensing applications and commercial negotiations in the areas of new money movement flows, innovative commercial products, value added services, and other financial/technology products.

You will report to the Vice President Legal (Asia Pacific) and will be expected to work closely and in collaboration with Visa lawyers across geographies and functional support areas, including the Visa lawyers in from the US headquarters and other international offices.

You should have both solid technical knowledge as well as practical experience in banking/financial institution regulatory regimes (with a focus on, but not limited to, licensing and outsourcing regimes), in Singapore (and preferably, in addition, other jurisdictions in the Asia Pacific) and have experience in conducting and leading contractual negotiations.  You should also be well versed in commercial, technology and IP laws, and be able to apply this experience to your role in Visa by being a sound and practical legal advisor to the business.   You must have excellent risk judgment and analytical capability, and be a strong and efficient communicator, with the ability to juggle multiple priorities in a fast paced and challenging, but rewarding, environment. 

In this role, you are expected to:

• Advise on local and cross-border regulatory compliance issues concerning regulations across the Asia Pacific region as applicable to existing or new Visa products/initiatives (including FI licensing, outsourcing, payments and open data regulations).
• Advise on local and cross-border regulatory issues across the Asia Pacific region relating to new products services or functions, particularly in relation to the integration of new money movement flows/commercial solutions and products.  
• Assist with in-flight and new-to-market licensing applications, working with in-market legal colleagues and external counsel, to advise on regulatory, compliance, safeguarding, marketing, structural and other strategic licensing issues.
• Assist on engagement with regulators in relation to existing licensed entities and pending license application, as well as respond to regulatory enquiries on existing or new business activities, or product initiatives.
• Be the lead counsel driving commercial negotiations on both the client facing as well as supply side, including with banking / payment service intermediary partners and vendors/suppliers.
• Draft, negotiate and drive to completion complex commercial, technology, or strategic partnership agreements in support of business objectives.
• Provide advice and guidance to business and product teams regarding deal structures and key risks and proactively identify and resolve legal issues/risks.
• Travel internationally as needed.
• Possess strong inter-personal skills including the ability to communicate complex legal issues (and relevant solutions/recommendations), clearly and practically to the business.

As a Business Continuity Management (BCM) Consultant, you will be involved in developing, implementing, and maintaining Business Continuity (BC) and Disaster Recovery (DR) programs for the Data Centre. This role requires a proactive professional capable of analyzing risks, creating response strategies, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure organizational resilience in the face of potential disruptions.

• Implement and manage Business Continuity and Disaster Recovery frameworks and infrastructure services complying to BCM standards and best practices.
• Lead the support team members that are key to the successful delivery of the services.
• Manage change to service projects’ scope and schedule to maintain customer satisfaction.
• Understand clients’ business environment and challenges. Applies knowledge to address clients’ issues.
• Apply information gathering methods, tools and techniques, which are appropriate to the information required and sources available e.g. focus groups, structured interviews, design of questionnaires/surveys, observation, statistical analysis, etc.

Client Contract Management (CCM) team supports Visa’s global strategy by managing the governance and contracting process of client contracts (from draft development and negotiation through to securing internal approvals, execution, auditing and reporting).

What a Contract Analyst, Client Contract Management does at Visa:

This role is an individual contributor within the AP CCM team based in Singapore office. The ideal candidate will be self-directed, analytical and a strategic thinker.

• Serve as the key CCM contract owner for the assigned markets in managing and facilitating client contract administration process which includes reviewing and processing contract requests, contract drafting, stakeholders’ approvals, contract issuance, and execution within agreed Service-Level Objectives (SLOs).
• Liaise with various stakeholders including Account Executives, Products, Legal, Finance, Audit etc to ensure that contracts are developed and approved consistently and promptly in accordance with relevant policies and procedures.
• Manage post-contract administration activities including and not limited to distribution of contract information to all necessary stakeholders, handling of hardcopies, contracts filing, database management, audit enquiries, and other post-execution activities.
• Maintain accurate and timely records and documents associated with all contracts for management reporting, capacity planning, as well as for audit purpose.
• Identify and implement process improvements for assigned markets and / or contract types, and provide value-add services to our stakeholders and business partners.
• Participate in special assignments and providing ad-hoc support and reporting as required, including but not limited to supporting other regions’ colleagues as needed.
