This position is responsible for effectively leading the collaboration with business units across TE to achieve productivity and gross margin improvement that are aligned with TE strategy. KKH is an 830-bed tertiary-level care hospital that provides obstetric, gynaecological, paediatric and other services. It is part of the SingHealth group of public hospitals. As an academic medical centre, KKH is a teaching hospital for Duke-NUS Graduate Medical School, Yong Loo Lin School of Medicine and Lee Kong Chian School of Medicine.

The position is based at the Department of Pathology and Laboratory Medicine (DPLM), the team is looking for pathologists with subspecialty interests in gynaecological pathology, breast pathology, cytology or any combination of the aforementioned areas. These are permanent positions affording the successful candidates the opportunity to work in a dynamic, friendly and supportive department.

The gynaecological, breast pathology and cytology services have six pathologists responsible for providing a comprehensive clinical service comprising gynaecological and breast surgical pathology, frozen section cover, cytology and multidisciplinary meetings. The role of the successful candidate can be primarily clinical with a component of education or research responsibilities in accordance to the candidate’s preferences and aptitude. Job Purpose:

To provide administrative and operational support to Relationship Managers (RMs), ensuring smooth account servicing, KYC reviews, and account monitoring while maintaining compliance with regulatory standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist RMs with day-to-day administrative tasks, client communication, and follow-ups.
• Support account opening, maintenance, and closure processes.
• Coordinate KYC reviews, gather required documents, and ensure timely updates.
• Monitor client accounts for unusual activity and compliance with bank policies.
• Prepare reports, manage records, and ensure data accuracy.
• Act as a liaison between internal teams to facilitate smooth operations.

Key Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or related field.
• 2-3 years’ experience in banking, financial services, or a similar role.
• Knowledge of KYC processes, banking operations, and compliance standards.
• Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient in MS Office; ability to multitask and meet deadlines.

Salary:

• $2,350/month (Diploma)
• Up to $2,700/month (With Experience)

Responsibilities:

• Compile daily reports on Dengue cases and staff attendance.
• Procure supplies for the department via the procurement portal.
• Maintain and manage department stock (stationery, copier paper, etc.).
• Track and update Emergency Department (ED) inventory, staff deployment, and attendance.
• Handle GP referrals, letters, and ensure accurate tagging in EPIC.
• Process staff claims, update biometric records, and perform administrative tasks.
• Coordinate meetings, process e-pay requests, and manage office functions.
• Other duties as assigned by the department.

Requirements:

• Diploma holder with relevant experience.
• Available for a 6-month contract position.
• Proficient in Excel and handling numbers.
• Comfortable making calls to patients/organizations for outstanding payments.
