• Helps keep the lobby and front of the Hotel areas cleaned.
• Maintaining the Buggy cleanliness.
• Calls for Housekeeping Department if lobby area needs cleaning.
• Receives and counts daily newspaper before delivering.
• Controls the movement of the vehicles at the Hotel’s front entrance to avoid traffic congestion.
• Records in the log book any vehicles which gave trouble like illegal parking etc.
• Forms part of the Hotel’s Fire Fighting team.
• Responds to fire alarms immediately.
• Assists in other forms of emergencies.
• Reports to the Concierge and Duty Manager of any unusual circumstance, occurring in the lobby and the floor area.
• Escorts guest with umbrellas to their vehicles in the event of rain.
• Keeps abreast with the latest happenings in the tourism scene, events in the Hotel etc so as to assist guest in their enquiries.

• Execute the tenets of mise-en-place efficiently; including, setup of the array of ingredients, the process of preparing, caring for your workstation

Job Description

• Responsible for sourcing required direct and indirect materials, dealing with vendors and negotiating for the best price and payment term from both local and overseas vendors.
• Collaborate and maintain good working relationship with both internal/external stakeholders and vendors for planning and initiation of necessary procurements.

Requirements

• Degree in Business Administration or Supply Chain Management is preferred.

• Hands-on experience on Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) Systems (e.g. ServiceNow, SAP, Maximo, Oracle) will be an advantage.
