Ø To issue tender deposit, lithography charges as required in the tender submission.

Ø To update cheque, bank draft or tender deposit log and request for return the cheque / bank draft upon unsuccessful of bid and return to Finance Department.

Ø Preparation of Tender submission files and content pages (in accordance with submission requirements) and to submit tender on time physically and/or via electronic.

Ø File and organise all submissions in hard copy and soft copy in server.

Ø Maintain confidential records and ensure all information is handled with the highest level of confidentiality.

Ø General filing of documents and correspondence.

Ø Archive old project filings systematically.

Job Scope:

• Greet and attend to customers
• Customer Service
• Housekeeping
• Cashiering
• Stock Inventory / Stock take
• Any other retail duties as assigned by superior

Requirements:

• Minimum N/O/A levels
• Retail experiences preferred
• Knowledge in makeup/skincare/cosmetic will be highly advantageous
• Able to commit retails hours - shift as rostered by supervisor - At least 4 days/week inclusive of 1 weekends
• Team player
• Commit till March 2025
