Job Scope

• Manage the oil inventory in the fragrance sample compactor, including arranging the oil in compactor and disposing expired oils on a monthly basis. To generate a monthly report on the list of expired oils to the Sample Library Manager. Upon getting the list of oils to be produced for replenishment, the Sample Coordinator will enter the sample requests into PACE/SAP.
• Control the movement of oil samples in and out of the Fragrance Library (e.g. between Sample Production Team, Application Lab, Creation Lab and the Fragrance Library and update the oil inventory daily.
• To receive the sample requests in PACE. If the oil sample is available in the Sample Library, request the oil sample from the compactor into the Sample Production Team for repacking, otherwise, generate the sample requests into SAP, and release the Process Orders into SRMS.
• To liaise with the dispatch service provider and QC sample dispatch riders for delivery of samples and update the inventory.
• For new wins or 1st production, check with the Creation Dept for formula access, reference sample and requests for raw material if they are not available in the inventory system. After the production for the new wins or 1st production, follow up with QC and the dispatch service provider for delivery of samples to customers / requesters.
• Compound fragrance samples using the Fricke automated dosing machine and/or by manual compounding.

• Ensure that the Organization regularly conducts relevant market research and coordinate and oversee this activity. Monitor trends.
• Leads projects as assigned, such as cause-related marketing and special events.
• Plan and provide content (video shots, photo shoots etc) to enhance local website pages
• Plan and execute local email and social media campaigns
• Maintain our social media presence
• Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs)
• Identify trends and insights, and provide input to support central digital agency
• Work closely with F&B and Sales on marketing for promotional content
• Develop interesting promotions to enable F&B and Sales to optimise sales and revenue
• Identify complimentary partnership opportunities to grow the equity of the Hotel, leveraging on partner’s marketing programmes
• Identify opportunities to create awareness of the Hotel, services and to eventually drive traffic to our Hotel and maximise revenue opportunities

• Proven working experience in marketing in the hospitality industry
• Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking
• Demonstrated skills, knowledge and experience in the design and execution of marketing, communications and public relations activities.
• Strong creative, strategic, analytical, organizational and personal sales skills.
• Experience overseeing the design and production of print materials and publications.
• Commitment to working with shared leadership and in cross-functional teams.
• Strong oral and written communications skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects at a time.

Responsibilities

• Check prescriptions for required information, like the patient's name and the doctor's phone number
• Verify prescription information
• Prepare labels for medications
• Process prescriptions through insurance
• Order, stock, and track medication supplies
• Ensure the pharmacy has the supplies it needs to serve patients

Requirement

• Min Diploma in Pharmacy/Certified with CPTC
• No Need Experience
